Went to laminex to colour match some old doors and drawer fronts from a kitchen. The lady was so very lovely, welcoming, helpful and honest. Couldn't have been a better experience, and to that lady at the front counter of the showroom, your a diamond thanks so much.

Really good show room, and warm friendly assistance with plenty of experience. They also have lots of samples including large sizes which you can take away to better work out your selection

Had to pick an extra sheet of Laminex up from Murrarie factory. Thank you to the great guy that came out and got my order for me and with a smile. I was a little confused on where to park and if I was allowed out of vehicle with all the fork lifts buzzing around not worry I was well looked after.

Shocking customer service from start to finish. How they have any sort of customer base astounds me. Clearly only looking after big customers.
Quote prices which changed and increased by next call to pay for them. Hidden fees for collecting any order large or small which you are not advised of. Sales team couldn't even calculate GST and surcharge costs without getting frustrated and basically shouting that she could only say the price on the screen.

Train your staff on product and service and basic phone etiquette. Basic maths could be of use as well.

Visited the showroom at Murrarie today. Was somewhat sceptical after reading the negative comments on here before we left as we were travelling 45 minutes to get there. Katrina was so great, spent around an hour with us. The showroom was closed off as they are changing their displays but she took us through as no workmen were currently there. Very worthwhile, great colour ideas and samples for my daughter’s first building experience. Made all of our selections there today.

I checked on the Murarrie page which said the showroom was open today until 4pm. I visited the showroom about 11am from northern Gold Coast and there was a note on the door saying closed all this week. Terrible customer service, not happy.

I went into the Laminex showroom twice in a week to request many samples and advice on colours. The lady there was extremely helpful and gave me genuine good advice on my kitchen. Very impressed at the service and guidance I received!
