A small footprint but heaps of choice. We got some nice additions to the fruit tree collection!

Got no offer of help to assist in loading bales, sorry but have received much friendlier service elsewhere.

Bought 10 murraya at a very reasonable price. Very happy! Can’t wait for my screen to grow!

So far so good. Was able to get 26 bougainvillea in one colour at a reasonable price. The health of the plants was very good and none were rootbound. Can't wait to see them in full bloom.

Terrible pricing and advertising on Facebook marketplace, false advertisement at its finest, scam.

So I just drove 25 minutes to collect a plant advertised, but the plant was completely different to the one advertised. False advertising.
No apologies for wasting my time from your staff. Thanks, because I need to spend 1 hour fuel money in this economy for nothing.

Over priced. Plants are much cheaper at bunnings or other nurseries than this place. Tried it few times and that’s it.

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PAY.
We purchased few fruit trees and a big Crepe Myrtle tree in Aug 2022 for about $663.99 The crepe Myrtle which was over $100 had no leaves when we purchased it and usually leaves pop up in summer. So, we were expecting this big plant with just the stem to pop out leaves. In Sep, I texted Daniel Thurlow saying the leaves did not pop out yet. He asked to wait a bit more. I texted him twice and waited until March 2023. My wife then rang them to see if we can return it. The staff asked to bring it into their shop to see what they can do. We explained that we watered all the plants and all of them have grown except the Crepe Myrtle.
I drove 1.5 hours to take it to them and they simply and easily said they can't do anything, no refund, no swapping. Daniel said "he can't do anything even if you came from the moon" I drove for 3 hours in total to and back home. If they were not planning to do anything about it, they could have just said over the phone. I would not burn my fuel and waste my time. I could have binned it in my house. We will take this further to the Ombudsman.
Very mean and rude customer service. Once you pay them, that's it! They will ask you to just get lost. All they want is the money from your pocket!

This is a fabulous nursery which I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy fruit trees, in particular, as Daniel has many grafted (ensuring strong root stock) and dwarf varieties which are most suitable for the Brisbane climate. Very happy to answer questions and make recommendations which is something sorely missed when buying from nurseries these days. He also stocks heaps of natives, tropical, cottage, indoor plants etc. Very wide selection and very keenly priced. Recommended A+.

Amazing variety, I have purchased many plants from this nursery and every plant has been in good health. I have plants from many different nurseries and the ones from Ladybird are thriving the most.

Very good range of fruit trees in a variety of sizes, competitive prices and very quick service (was in and out in less than 20 minutes).
