Great croissants, fantastic sourdough. Sadly moving to a new menu and no store front.
Redlands has lost its best croissants as a result. All the best to the owners for their new menu.

Didn't end up going in. Only 2 people allowed inside the shop at one time. So my daughter went in. Not much left.

So sad this gem is closing- I hope desperately that their next venture will include those big rainbow meringues- we drove 45 minutes just for them

If you like a good rip off, you will love it. I walked in the shop and found suspicious that prices were not displayed. As there was not many sweet pastry left, I ordered a croissant filled with jam and too much whipped creamy. It turned out it was the most expensive croissant I ever had in my whole life, $16.50

Beautiful pastries, both sweet and savoury options where 10/10. Highly recommend a stop here

Yes it's on the exxy side of things. But it's worth it for occasional treat. Pies are delicious though cold, sweet stuff is bang on

I recently stumbled upon this amazing bakery by accident, and I've been hooked ever since. The worst part of coming here is after trying it the first time, its difficult to stay away. Their bread is undoubtedly the freshest and most delicious I've tasted in a long time. Plus if you have a sensitive stomach like mine, their sourdough is a great option for avoiding stomach upsets. But what really sets this bakery apart is their top-notch customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they remember my name/order and make you feel right at home.
But that's not all - their changing specials are the real treat. Every time I visit, I'm pleasantly surprised by their ability to create something new and different that is even better than their last special. It's clear that the staff here are passionate about their craft and are always striving to offer something new and exciting.

All in all, if you're on the hunt for a fantastic bakery that delivers the freshest bread, perfectly cooked pies and tarts together with friendly staff, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend giving it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Side note: Get in early or be prepared for a wait and the best items to be sold out.

A little slice of France in the Redlands. Great coffee but even better pastries. Try the Saturday morning special if you’re wanting something more decadent. But get there early!

Previously a hidden gem but becoming well known now due to excellent reputation. A home-style, high quality French bakery/patisserie ran by a friendly, genuine couple who really put their heart and soul into their business. Everything looks immaculate with fine attention to detail. Products are delicious and of high quality, worth their price. Most busy on Saturdays and come earlier to avoid disappointment. Nothing else of their calibre in the general area.

This French patisserie is a fantastic way to start your morning. It’s a local spot, with many regulars lining up, which is usually a good sign. The selection of pastries, both savoury and sweet, will meet all your indulgent needs. Regular weekend specials and different presentation styles of the classics is a nice touch. There’s also an array of fresh breads that is a must to try. The ingredients are definitely quality, which makes it stand out among many. The only miss is the lack of pricing on the goods. Even so, I was surprised at the low price compared to what you get.

This place is soooo good 20/10, their prices are the best in town. Others places I have been to charges way more for much lower qualities. Their coffee are really good too, an other customer in line told me that he comes here just for their coffee. I cannot fault anything at La Bouche, their staffs are friendly and helpful. The shop itself is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. My husband surprised me in the morning with a large box of sweet goods and we were back by 10 am to try their coffee and pies. Every item is made with fresh ingredients, they even use French butter. Tips: 1. Get there early, as everything my husband got that morning was already sold out. 2. Be patient, there could be a big line up at the front of the store. 3. Make sure you are hungry, as you will not be able to walk out with only one item. 4. No matter how far you live, it will be worth the drive. 5. Not only are the sweet goods great, their chicken, leak and white wine pie are to die for. 6. On Saturdays, they bake special items. BE EARLY, as they are sold out quickly. I can go on and on, but the best way to find out is to taste everything for yourselves.

Nice pastries but loosing the other two stars are for 1- price and refusing to display the price. Customer has the right to know and see them. 2- the bread is not so great. Banjo’s’ bread is preferred.

Wonderful pies and pastries, great coffee. A pity it has only take away and no dine in option. They would do extemely well in a quieter location away from traffic

Simply amazing! Michael and the team do an amazing job with all of their pastries. The coffee is better than anywhere else around the Redlands.
If you haven't been to experience this yet, it is definitely worth getting there early so you get to pick from the selection each day before it is sold out.
They even do pappuccinos for our Labrador, so the whole family loves to go and visit.
Keep up the great work!

Bought tasty hot cross buns and croissants. This is an artisan style bakery specialising in sour dough.

Fantastic coffee, fantastic service and absolutely love the range of offerings. We love trying the new speciality products La Bouche comes up with! The recent Dragon fruit Croissant was so pretty with generous amounts of fresh custard and pink pink pink! And the ricotta bee sting the following week was a fun combo of flavours with the most perfect almond florentine omg the crunch was DEVINE!

Everything is always fresh and packed with flavour, get in early because they sell out quick and there’s always a line up on a Saturday morning for the weekend treats!

Friendly service and delicious treats! I tried the cinnamon scroll and a coffee. The scroll was flaky and had a soft centre with a sugary icing. Lovely coffee. Want to go back to try some of the savoury options. The pies look great!
