My wife and I have been training with Sifu Paul and Sifu Di for two years and our son has been training for over one year. All three of us can’t express how lucky we feel to have stumbled across their school. It has changed all of our lives in many ways. They have done an incredible job building a fun, friendly and helpful culture where everyone is helpful and respectful, regardless of skill, experience or age. I hadn’t done any regular exercise for decades before joining their school and now I can’t wait to get to training (and fitness class!) 4-5 times a week. That’s all down to their encouragement and the culture of the school. They make it fun to get fit and learn self-defense.

I love this place.it has given me a new found passion for the Martial Arts. I am one of the oldest/newest members and have trained in a number of Martial Arts throughout my life (Kuen Nung, Tang Soo Do, achieved Shodan in Yoshinkan Aikido). The academy is very supportive of you no matter how young, old, capable or not. The object is to learn and respect each other. After not training for many many years. I did not think that I would find another "dojo" (Kroon) that would offer the traditional, respectful environment I had been used to after I moved away from my previous Aikido dojo.but SIfu Paul and Di.are great teachers, thorough, respectful and want you to grow and learn.also you get to train with a great bunch of people. Kung Fu has been a great change and as with all great Martial Arts.is very effective. Look forward to seeing you at training.
