Krishna Island & Indian Foods reviews
21Most things are available in the spice / legumes / frozen veg / Indian snacks area but the spices are in larger packs. This may not be practical for some.customer satisfaction is very important. Otherwise it's an excellent place to go to for a friendly service.
Hey folks,
This is our regular indian grocery store located close to our place (Inala). We almost get all essential indian grocery items from here, but I've experienced prices gone little extra high.
Wide range of variety in indian stuff. Owner is very nice person.everything is available related to hindu religion and indian festivals.
This shop has a variety of products. They keep the majority of the items for subcontinent customers. I enjoy shopping here.
The phone was more important than the customer. Stars are for the store being well stocked and no stars for service.
Don’t recommend anyone to go. Very bad behaviour of the Owner. He needs to learn how to behave to the customers.
1/2 half stat, not even deserve)
It's a bit crowded with items but the variety of goods is amazing and prices are very comparable
I love this grocery shop.
I travel 30-45 minutes to buy my home grocery from this place.
Any indian grocery item which you can't find anywhere else you can find it here.
Price is so cheap compared to other Indian grocery shops.
Good customer service and shop is well attended, clean and has a positive environment. Price of goods are competitive. As a recommendation, it will good to see some fresh fruits and vegetables in the shop as it will make one stop shop for people. Island people love fresh fruits and vegetables which is a plus point for more sales in the shop.
The price is higher than other Indian and south Asian groceries. Need to price tag the product properly.
Owner is pleasant. Staff are becoming slowly aware of the need to communicate. Very good range of product. Prices are very good. Always something interesting to discover.
Selling products over price
Taking advantage of COVID-19
RUDE when i asked why your price is high.
Very arrogant man. Old stock and refused to return my money or give the same product in exchange.
You could buy most of the indian products in this store, they have some hindu pooja stuff and statues too.
I regularly stock my pantry with groceries bought from this store. The shop is very well stocked and you will generally find anything you need for spicey cooking. The owner is great chap. I always enjoy conversations with him. He is honest about his products and has very sound advice on his stocked items. The shop also has pooja items, Indian body care items, island foods, and some pots and pans. The best thing is the prices are great and highly competitive. Great shopping experience everytime.
Good range and decent service. Some of the kitchen pots and pans are excessively marked-up compared to the other Indian shops in Brisbane.
The frozen fish I bought was off and they knew about it but still charge me nearly 26 dollar kilo. RIP off
Worst place i have ever been, if you check the food labels expired or closed to expire date.very sad will never go again.
Good variety of Indian grocery and spices. Usually you are able to find what you are looking for. Some Indian kitchen utensils are also there. Seldom I have encountered readymade expired snack packets as well. So do check date before picking.
