An exciting place to train and get fit. Loved every moment while training there. Tim, and his team are highly skilled and knowledgeable in what they do. KMTA, not only provides a safe environment, but a place where you can learn something that might seem intimidating.

My son started lessons a little while ago. He's already developed some new skills and confidence. I also love the attitude and guiding hand that is evident throughout the training. I'd be happy to recommend this place especially after a long chat to the owner. Very impressed and inspired!

Absolutely loving the beginner classes. Tim is truly a master at this art and he ears the classes with passion and knowledge second to none. Check out a class you won’t be disappointed!

Tim and the team at KMTA are wonderful - I could not recommend them more. Fantastic, practical training that helps you build your confidence and self-awareness in a safe and constructive environment.

I started training with KMTA almost 4 years ago. At the time, I had zero experience in self-defence. I remember being nervous starting out. But I gave it a go. I am glad I did. The way Tim and KMTA have put their program together is excellent.

I am very glad that I decided to make a change in my life and start training. Since I started Krav Maga, I am more confident. I am stronger. I am fitter. My balance and coordination has improved.

Apart from the excellent instructors, one of the best things at KMTA is the other students. I have made friends in training. I really enjoy the atmosphere which is all about working together and improving yourself.

As I’ve never done any other form of martial art or self-defence, I can’t offer any comparisons. I can say that I found the training easy to learn. It’s very practical. And whenever I go back to a foundation class, I can see how much I have learned.

If you’re trying to choose somewhere to train, or trying to decide whether or not you want to train, I strongly recommend training at KMTA.

I've been training with KMTA for 2 years now and still love going to every class! The instructors are all very approachable and explain each technique in great detail.
KMTA often hold workshops for both Krav Maga students and those who have not trained before. Many of these run by the global experts directly from Israel.
All of the classes are conducted in a fun and safe environment and I don't hesitate to recommend KMTA to anyone who is looking to give Krav Maga a go!

Best self defense (and martial arts in general) training I have ever received, from any combat system. Don't settle for any gym that calls themselves Krav Maga, gotta go for the International Krav Maga Federation.

Was wondering if I could just jump into Krav Maga or would I have to do boxing or anything like that first?
