Kool Kids Early Learning Centre Nerang

We are so happy at Kool Kids Nerang! My son started at 6 months and from the beginning I have felt so at ease dropping him off and heading to work knowing that he is going to have an amazing day with his Miss Lindy Thank you for taking such amazing care of our babies, Kool Kids Nerang!

We love Kool Kids! It's so nice being able to go to work knowing your children are safe, happy and well cared for! It's the nicest kindy and childcare centre I have seen. The teachers especially are some of the loveliest, most passionate and caring people. Both my boys have come ahead in leaps and bounds since attending, and I love my daily observations in which I can be part of their learning journey too. My boys always look so happy, safe and secure within themselves at this centre.

My two daughters have been going to KoolKids Nerang for over a year now and they love it! The educators are caring and provide the kids with educating activities everyday. My eldest also loves the Happy Feet service that they provide. The facilities are always clean and the ease of check in/out is awesome.

We have had a lovely experience with Kool Kids over the last year.

My toddler started with Miss Bria and Miss Thera after being home with me and had lots of separation issues. The girls were nothing short of amazing, caring, patient and loving. Although I wasn’t a first time mum, I’d never had issues like this with my first and they reassured me and kept me updated with how she was going regularly. My daughter has flourished so much as a little person since being at kindy.

She has Miss Lindy this year and I couldn’t have asked for a more genuine, passionate, loving and caring teacher. I love knowing that I can drop my daughter off and that she’ll be cared for and engaged with amazing learning activities for the day!

Absolutely loving this centre, we switched to nerang Kool kids August 2021 and I’m so glad we did! The educators are amazing! Awesome facility with so much to do! Highly recommend Nerang Kool kids to anyone

We absolutely cannot fault Kool Kids Nerang. All staff are lovely, always happy to accomodate extra needs or concerns, our little one adores all his teachers and the facilities are great! Really happy we decided on Kool Kids Nerang!

My sons teachers are very understanding and caring of his needs. He has progressed so well since starting there and has created a beautiful bond with his teachers.

My son Archer loves the kindy sooo much. The educators are great！There is a very big playground in the kindy! Go and book a tour! It will surprise you!

The staff are absolutely amazing, esp the room my son is in Babies 3, they look and care for him so wonderfully. Would recommend my friends who have kids to this daycare anytime

My little one loves kindy days.
I especially love watching his confidence and development grow every day.
The xplor app is such a clever idea. It has become my go-to for a pick me up, as I see our boys smile while stuck at work.
We also sit down every night with our boy and recap on all the photos posted.

We recently had to pull our little man from KKN as we have moved too far away to keep sending him there. We were more sad about moving him, then we were house and town. KKN were helpful, amazing, the team were always there for anything we needed and our little man LOVED going to kindy and it was all because of the team at KKN.
We will miss you guys!

My child started going to Kool Kids Nerang in February this year. Overall I am extremely happy with how it is going. Her educators Charmaine and Celine are simply amazing. Nothing is too much, as it is my first child I have a lot of questions. They are always happy to have a chat and let me know how she went throughout the day. The updates and observations sent through the app make my day whilst at work. My daughter is always excited to go and smile instantly when she sees them. Thankyou girls!

I have both of my children enrolled at kool kids and the dedication and support of the entire team is truly amazing. They have definitely given my girls a perfect start.

Our son attended Kool Kids Nerang for 4 months (June - October 2019).

Overall, the good:

* Most educators were very friendly, super caring, and had obvious passion for their roles. Our son developed a great bond with his lead educator who sadly left after 3.5 months.

* Good facilities and activities, spacious centre, vibrant colours and plenty of toys etc for the children to enjoy.

* Decent communication via the Xplor app for parents.

* Book Week and other dress up/special occasion days.

The not so good:

* Babies/toddlers put into the "Library" at the end of the day. Sometimes they were read to, but many times the kids just sat in the room in front of the TV while supervised. Concerns were voiced and nothing changed as we were told it is part of Kool Kids' service delivery. Note - this may not be an issue at all for other parents.

* TVs in the babies room - why does a nursery room need TVs? We have recently found out this is not the norm with other local daycare centres. Again, this may not be a problem at all to other parents. Just our personal opinion.

* Some educators didn't want to engage in conversation or seem to really enjoy their job. Maybe they were just tired after a long day.

* Seemingly quite high turnover during a short time - our lead educator left after only 3 months with the company, the centre manager (aka director) resigned, and other staff transferred to other Kool Kids centres on the coast.

Friendly center manager & educators. Good vibes & a overall great kindy. My kids love going here.

My daughter loves going to Kindy, and that is thanks to the beautiful warm friendly educators at KKN. The facilities there are always immaculate, well maintained and wonderfully set out. There are always new things for the children to do and learn. The Japanese program is great to start them learning another language at a young age, and all the other things offered such as Happy Feet Fitness & Yogatastics are amazing additions to a great curriculum. My son goes to Kool Kids at Nerang and he loves it! There is so much for him to do and the educators are amazing!

Kool Kool kids Nerang is a very well resourced centre, they have very friendly staff, the communication is exceptional with daily emails and text messages. They offer a wide variety of activities - yoga, sport, Japanese, soccer, dance and tennis. They have lovely outdoor areas as well as indoor. They have kitchen where the children do cooking and science experiments, they have a zen garden for yoga and other relaxing quiet activities, they have a library for the kids and there is a coffee shop next door. They also have a sports field where they hold sports carnivals each year and a mud pit with chickens. The children love gardening and caring for their chickens. It is a great centre and my son loves it!

Very high staff turn around, however most of the educators are great. Directors are not helpful and are very impersonal - just a money making centre who are extremely unreliable and don't communicate with their families. Very disappointing!

Great centre, excellent staff and awesome facilities. Our little girl looks forward to going here everyday. Would definitely recommend
