Always going above and beyond for our children making sure all their needs are met. Couldn't speak more highly of my experience with cool kids Ashmore. Strangers becoming like family. It's takes a village to raise a child. They do not get enough credit for looking after our little cubs. Well done Kool kids Ashmore

We are super happy at Kool Kids Ashmore! It’s got such a nice homely feel and the educators/staff are just lovely and kind people who really show they care about the kids. Communication there is so excellent and I get notifications for everything and plenty of updates during the day. The manager Kim goes above and beyond to assist, as do all the team there we’ve interacted with. My son likes to go to kindy now and he never did with his old centre.

Kool kids Ashmore is a great place for kids to feel at home with a great team of educators who really do love what they do, and are great with the kids. Thoroughly recommend!

The most welcoming family Environment!

I compared a lot of daycares and nothing compared to Kool Kids Ashmore.
The staff are welcoming and kind, the facility is clean, they offer cultural experiences but most importantly they treat your child like their own.
I also get daily updates and photos while I’m at work which I love. My daughter really enjoys being there.

Friendly atmosphere and all the childcare workers take good care of my son In the babies room. Definitely recommend

My grandson goes here, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. He loves the Japanese and music activities aswell as classroom activities The new renovations look amazing and the centre is always clean and tidy. I like that the staff always greet me with a smile when collecting him and tell me about his day.

I experienced the worst phone manners from this place. They need to learn communication skills.

Our daughter started at kool kids earlier this year and we have been so happy with our experience there. The staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming and our daughter settled into her room with her wonderful teachers right away. They are attentive to her needs and care for her in such a genuine and loving manner which puts my mind at ease. They also send a detailed summary of their day while at care, with photos of their activities throughout the day. I am quite particular about childcare and often check out a few places before making a decision. Kool Kids has surpassed my expectations and I can highly recommend their care to any parent.

I have put my kids through kool kids ashmore for the past 5 years. My kids love their educators. Miss sue and miss Danielle have been there since day for fornmynkidsm They are amazing at had over and treat my kids like their own. This centre.realky looks after you.

My daughter has attended Kool Kids Ashmore since she was 6 months old and I will admit it took a lot for her (and me!) to get settled and used to new people and interacting with other children. During this time the centre was fantastic with both of us. I was going in to breast feed during the day which was no issue. It was such a relief and very comforting to have their support and patience. My daughter now attends 4 days a week and is absolutely thriving! She loves it there, loves her teachers and walks in every morning excited and waves goodbye to me without a care in the world. I would highly recommend KoolKids Ashmore.

After a few different issues over a few months, i wasnt happy with the care and supervision of my 3 year old daughter so i pulled her out, the director was very understanding considering the issues we had with them. Unfortunately a week later More then 2 weeks worth of charges was taken out of my account, i contacted the director who appologised and gave me a form to fill out so i could get a refund, i explained that it was my daughters birthday the following week and they had just taken the money put aside for her birthday still nothing could be done, the refund had to go through head office and the director had no control over it and couldnt tell me when i could expect the money. So i call up headoffice explain the whole story and the lady on the other end was beyond rude, wouldnt even look into the situation told me they couldnt give me any information, told me to contact my director, which i had already done and had already been told headoffice do the refunds. REALLY? Not only did you not provide adequate care for my child but then you take money thats not yours, then cant even refund it within a timely manner or atleast look into whats going on as to provide me with an update. So a week later, 2 weeks after my daughter stopped attending, instead of celebrating my daughters birthday by taking her on the duckie boat and out to lunch with family instead we will be sitting at home stressing about money and feeling like a crappy parent. After my experience and the experience of a family member and her child, i wouldnt allow my child to attend a kool kids centre even it were FREE. I was VERY understanding of every issue that came up (even my husband couldnt believe how well i kept my cool), even when i paid for weeks of care my daughter could not attend due to the kindy room becoming a baby room, even when i felt like i had no option but to pull my daughter out, even when you took out money when you shouldnt have, but the least you could have done is refunded it via eftpos machine OR have some decent staff in the head office department with a little bit of manners and willingly to work with parents with complaints. Never again

From the Director (Lee) all the way down to the staff and the centre itself, it is the most amazing child care place. Since relocating our girls in late 2015 to Ashmore Koolkids we couldn't be happy. We have built some really good relationships with the centre's staff, the care and support you receive from the educators is outstanding. They really do care about each and every child and it shows as soon as you walk through the front doors. The warmth and welcoming from the team is so comforting. Couldn't recommend any other centre if we tried.
