Rachel, you were an absolute gem. Thank you so much for taking good care of us today.and thank you l for your sincerity, creative eye and outstanding customer service. Me and my partner left your store feeling very well cared for and left with more items than we intended. We will always ask for Rachel next time we come in! She really listens to her customers wants and needs and goes beyond expectations.

Always a wonderful experience visiting Kookai at Carindale. No other store in the centre compares to its incredible staff. Essentially the only fashion store you are greeted warmly at (every time!) and given care and knowledge of the clothing without having to look for someone or ask. If customer service is no longer a priority for many other fashion chains these ladies are bucking the trend - in style! The clothing can be more youthful than I usually wear but I end up walking away with at least one item on every occasion because of them. Thank you!

I want to say a big thank you to Rachel. I came in unsure of what I wanted as I was looking for my birthday outfit and she was so welcoming and she went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and heard. She helped me so much and it honestly felt like I had known her my whole life, she is such a warm, bubbly and kind person and I’m so grateful to have had my shopping experience in Kookaï with her. I hope she gets the credit she deserves because she is a very hard worker and listens to the customer and their wants and needs. Thank you so much Rachel you made my day!

The lovely ladies at Kookaï work like a well managed formula one Pitt stop crew. The service is amazing and the clothes are really good quality with a sophisticated look.

We spent the entire day shopping for female clothing and no other store in the entire shopping centre could compare to this young teams performance. Tempted to poach their staff…

A girl who helped me today (seems like she is a manager of this branch, not too sure) was so sweet, even though it was so busy due to Boxing day sales,
She was being so helpful and nice, Definitely go back and shop again!

Even though I’m a larger girl I never feel judged for browsing the store. I’m always greeted warmly, treated with kindness and offered help. A gorgeous store with lovely staff.

I love most of the kookai’s designs. Really beautiful. However, the execution is sub-par. And the sizing is limited.
The seems and stitching quite often can be messy and fraying. And also the fit around the shoulders and collar can be rather awkward and not suitable unless you don’t wear a bra on a lot of Kookai’s styles.
I will slatter the sale section, but I would never pay full price for one of there garments.

I am writing this review to help encourage the Kookai team to do a little better quality control.

The quality of Kookai items is really nice, however nothing in the store, aside from the items made of their signature stretch material, is curvy girl friendly. I have child-bearing hips on an otherwise fairly petite frame and unfortunately nothing I tried on in the store fit my hips without being ridiculously large on the rest of my body.

My twin sister and I went into Kookai for the first time today. Having worked in retail for several years I can easily say this was one of the best experiences I have had. Dana went above and beyond, providing genuine and authentic service, something that’s rare to find. My sister walked out with a cocktail dress and earnings. The service is top notch. Thankyou Dana!

I had the best experience at Kookai Carindale today. The lady’s were so helpful. I called ahead to see if a dress was in store and Georgia was very helpful and chose some options to put aside for when I came in. I was greeted by Trinity in store and she was also very very helpful. Overall the best shopping experience I have had in a very long time. Thanks heaps ladies

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had in your Carindale store today. I must say that it was one of the best retail experiences I have had in a long time. Every single staff member was warm, personable, respectful, helpful, and connecting. Outstanding- thank you! I rarely take the time to give feedback too (I am a busy mum of 2 kids three and under) but wanted to share this with you. Thanks, Amy.

Beautiful products.
You really do get what you pay for. The quality of material is just beautiful and the girls are always happy to help out. Recently I ordered online, somehow the order didn’t go through on Kookai’s end but it went through on Afterpay. They were extremely quick getting back to me and were super prompt and helpful when corresponding throughout the day to work on a solution. Their clothes are beautiful and will last many seasons. Kookai is 10/10 one of my favourite stores.

I had a hens dress crisis (first world problems right.) but the girls in the store were absolutely amazing. They helped me find a dress and fixed my grumpy mood which another store had out me in. I cannot recommend the staff more:)

Haven't managed to buy clothing in years because I find it so hard to dress my body shape thus being so frustrated I gave up. A lady working there spent some time with me, I ended up finding 3 outfits. Funny how much happier a fresh wardrobe can make you look and feel.

Great experience, I was served by Sharnie who was professional, personable, extremely helpful and obviously knew the product selection like the back of her hand. She saved me so much time ahead of a special date night, will definetly be back!

Big store with some really nice designs.on the pricier side and I do agree that with other reviews that for the number of staff they should approach customers but seemed to all be behind the desk.

The customer service here was beyond amazing! Was asked many times if I needed help and one of the girls helped me find the exact dress I wanted. Although I live an hour away I will definitely come back and shop again!

Rudest staff I have ever come across. Was in the store 10 minutes before I even got asked if I needed assistance. I went in wanting to spend upto $500 on a new wardrobe only to walk out empty handed. Will not be back.

The girls working here are really friendly and know their products well. V helpful in product selection and dressing room. Attentive and volunteered their assistance in many ways even though I didn't end up making a purchase.
