I was very disappointed with the outcome and experience I had with Kook. I had initially spoken to the owner and felt they had a good understanding of what we wanted to achieve, there as a couple of small complexities with what we wanted to do but was told that we would be able to have some of what we wanted with no troubles and they would investigate the things that were a little more complex (It was quite a small project to setup some new GA4 with the aim to grow on this).

The project ended up taking close to 2 months, during this time i received close to no communication unless I checked in to see how it was progressing (at which point they obviously started manically testing as I would see all the test emails come through). In the end they turned around and said they had spent all the budget investigating why they couldn't do what they initially said they could and if I wanted them to look into it further it would cost more without any guarantee of a result.

Coming from the digitial space, I understand things sometimes don't go as planned, but the lack of communication and lack of collaboration to try and get a result we were after was really disappointing.
