Koala Calamvale Child Care Centre

My sister sent her child here for a few months and to say I’m disgusted in this childcare is an understatement. Firstly, management is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Secondly, this centre has absolutely no routine at all, whenever I’d go to pick up with my sister, her child would be in a different room every time with different age groups and she said that this seems to be ‘normal’ there. After what I’ve seen my sister experience I would never send my child here nor recommend this childcare to anyone!

Rude and mean to the parent who can express and defend herself, can't imagine how my child will be treated who is too young to speak.

Koala kids was recommended to me by a family who's children had previously attended the childcare facility, I had looked at several centres in the area, before finally making the choice to choose this centre, my decision was based on a few things that are important for my daughter and my family, the centre is highly multicultural and clearly have an understanding of the importance of sharing and celebrating diversity across all cultures, the staff are amongst the most caring and compassionate people I have come across in a childcare setting, the transition to childcare from being home with my little girl wasn't an easy one but every step of the way I have had the full support of the centre, I do believe wholeheartedly my daughter is loving her time here, and it's very evident when she comes home with a bundle of information on what she has learnt.

Both of my kids, aged 6 and 4 have been going to Koala from day 1 They grew up with staff who cared for them and made them feel loved. Ms Candy and Caroline being their favourites, but many others as well!
Ms Indra and Leslie are managers of this childcare. You can always see them in the centre-doing their work very professionally while at the same time playing and exchanging collections with kids
I am very thankful for all the staff for taking care of my kids for all this time-seeing them being happy there was all I needed to choose Koala!

Koala calamvale child care center is the best center wonderful staffs and good educators and my first child settle in very quickly thanks to the center and staffs and office staffs are excellent they are always there if you help.

My older daughter attended after hours care for 1.5 years and my younger daughter currently attends this childcare. Both my daughters love this childcare. The teachers have been friendly and have assisted my younger daughter settle very nicely into her routine. The assistance provided by the teachers at this childcare has taken the stress out of both my wife and I - as we both work full time. When at work, we know that my daughter is being looked after and in a safe environment. When ever there was a special need for my daughter, I have been able to have an open and honest communication with the childcare management team and it has been promptly attended to or addressed. I would highly recommend this childcare

I highly don't recommend this place. Only in the name care is there but they don't care about kids. Three major issues food, learning and development. This care lacks structured educational programs. Most staff works for the sake of money but not passionate about their jobs.my son was there for 5 months and his behaviour gone bad, teachers did not care about him. The main issue was the food, food was never enough for kids and poor quality. Secondly, they don't have any structured programs for kids development. We changed the day care now, unbelievable and exceptional care. Kids are so much happier. We just realised that what my son missed out for 5 months. Last one receptionist and accounts person are very rude. We pay money to look after kids but these two women behave like they are some sort of dictators. Highly don't recommend this place. In total we moved out 3 kids from the centre and many more parents are not happier.

Best childcare, tried different places but this child care had the most friendly manger Indrya and lisley, the prices are better than other centres and my 2 daughters attended they both feel like at home.

Really very good place for growing kids. My daughter Learning many things. Now She is talking lot of words and sentences. Manager Leslie is very helpful and director Indra is very friendly. My son aarav likes Miss Candy and Miss Tavga. They really take care very well. Definitely recommend for Ur kids.

Best child care in Brisbane tryed many places till i stuck with them from 2 years the most wonderful owner and staff always helpful my daughter goes ther running to meet them and she is r ally sad on the day that she doesn’t go, thanks koala chold care keep it up
