Bought a coffee machine product online in the lead up to Chistmas.
Was told its on back order until Febuary. Was told refunds arn't handled through the store. Was directed to call head office. Head office directed me to call the store and on and on the passing goes with no resolution. Even though I have a tax invoice and require a simple refund it seems impossible

Wish I could give the team 10 stars! The guys at Betta Electrical Virginia went above and beyond to provide great service and support to me to rectify a really bad experience with another brisbane branch. Thanks so much for the air conditioner! We are safe from this awful heatwave now!

I recently purchased 2 split system air conditioners over the phone with Calem and it was a fantastic experience and a pleasure to do business with however, that’s where my positive experience ended. Unfortunately the 2 delivery guys were very unprofessional, dropped both my aircons on the bitumen road and were overall pretty curt and rude! For this reason I can only give 2 stars as it’s left a pretty bad taste in my mouth

I was extremely happy with the service from Torben at Knudsen's Betta Home Living with my enquiries regarding a new lounge. Torben was most helpful with advice and any questions I had. I bought a lounge from Knudsen's and was very happy with the negotiated price and the delivery. I've only had the lounge one week but very happy with it.

The sales person was very helpful looked up details of stock not on display and generally made us feel we were dealing with people that were trying to help a customer

Found the laptops I wanted inline and website stated they were available in store at Virginia.
I placed the order and paid for them, and waited for a click and collect email. 4 hours later the store called to tell me, they don't have the items in stock, and they won't be available until April. They then proceeded to tell me that they could replace the order wuth 2 different laptops, however they also wouldn't be available for 2 weeks? I requested the laptops be touch screen as the original ones I had ordered we're advertised as having that feature. They then told me their website was wrong and they are actually not touchscreen. I searched for the same model laptop online and it's advertised as touchscreen.

So I'm quite unipressed, not only am I out of pocket nearly $2000 but I'm expected to wait, 2 weeks minimum, and even then I won't receive the ones I ordered with 24 months extra warranty.

I honestly should have taken my cash to office works.

Ordered 3 Teco Window Air Conditioners over the phone. The person who took my order was Hunter and I cannot say enough good things about him. Made ordering easy and was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. He is an asset to the business. Delivery very reasonable compared to other companies.

Helpful and friendly staff, especially Callum. Great products and prices. Clean and tidy shelving, lounges etc.

Horrific. I bought on Boxing Day sales at what I thought was best price. It’s a fridge…you would think its important? Alas, so much for the not Betta month long wait, the not Betta missed holiday season, the not betta incorrect inventory, bettaless loss stock and not betta phones that are unanswered. And then Stories about trucks turning around, cancelled orders and head office escalations; it’s a tale of everything except customer service. There are betta stores that put customer at the heart of their purpose and who know how to fix mistakes and don’t walk away from them. This is not that place. Caution.

I sense an organisational culture issue underpins betta.

I purchased a tv over internet. I.phoned store twice requesting information and asked to speak to tv technician. At all times I was treated respectfully and given all the requested info. I most definitely will shop there again.

I had to get new appliances for the major renovation we are doing to our kitchen. We got great service, great advice and the best pricing. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks
