Knudsen's Betta Home Living Redcliffe

I brought all of my electrical items of these guys. I placed my first order before I brought my unit after returning from overseas. Jeff then helped me with my kitchen appliances for my new kitchen. I prefer to shop local and with a smaller business, because as these guys proofed it, they offer great customer service and advice. I need a dryer next.

Thank you very much for helping me out the other day.with my car. The 2 gentleman were very kind and let me park my car there whilst I attended buisness across the road for 10 minutes. It was just before opening hours. Excellent customer service.

I bought a washing machine and dryer here for work. Very cheap prices and the washing machine and dryer have been working non-stop for a year now about 15 loads a day for both of them. They are Chinese no name brands but they seem to be doing their job incredibly. I will be coming back to buy some more when they die with the amount of work I put through them probably be soon.

Chris was fabulous. His honest knowledge assisted me to make a good purchase of a top loader washing machine. Even pointed out that when using the function to remove cat fur, you don't put the cat in the machine. Hilarious. And important to know. Quick delivery too. Also brought a stick vacuum. The brand I brought was highly recommended from Chris's own experience. Can't wait to test it. Thanks Chris. Two thumbs up

Jeff from Redcliffe was really fantastic during the sale of the fridge. The delivery guys and the manager assisting on the delivery day was also excellent service. Really impressed with the team.

We are very happy with the service we received from Knudsen's Better Home Living Redcliffe. Chris and Jeff were great. A few weeks ago we asked for a good price on a Washing Machine and a Fridge. There was no hesitation in beating other prices from other stores and they were very knowledgeable with the products they sold us. A couple of weeks later we wanted a 32" smart TV. We decided to not look anywhere else and went back to see Jeff and Chris. They are very friendly and give great service.and also it great to support your local store. Thank you both so much.

I recently purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from Jeff at the Redcliffe store of Knudsen's Betta Home Living. He was very helpful from the initial ordering of appliances, sourcing the items and the final delivery, even down to arranging for the installation. Due to supply/transport constraints (impacted by COVID), delivery of the goods was affected and waiting times were extended. Jeff was very pro-active in contacting the suppliers for any updated status. When three out of four of the items ordered arrived in store, he sourced a more superior model to the unavailable item and was able to negotiate with his manager a very good price so that it did not blow out my budget. Thank you Jeff for your assistance, understanding my frustration and achieving the final outcome.

The guys here are great, was just a little disappointed when told on 16th September that I'd get a cashback, only to find that the offer closed on the 12th.

Staff where polite However I was not asked for any ID at all to pick up someone else order. This should be addressed by management.
The carpark is 3 parks only so cars used business car parks next door. The 2 stars are for polite staff and they helped load.even though I could have stealing the order.

What a great team! Our old fridge was nearly dead when we ordered a new one through the website. Unfortunately there was no stock available for weeks, so Jeff organised another, similar, fridge for no extra cost and had it delivered to us the next day! The delivery team was awesome and we're really happy with our new fridge. Thanks Jeff and team!

We initially went to Knudsen's to look at a Cooker that had received exceptional reviews, such was the fantastic service we received we purchased in addition to the cooker, one new washing machine and new fridge. We are over the moon with the price we paid for each and we highly recommend anyone to visit Knudsen's Betta Home Living in Redcliffe Qld. Bloody awesome true story today 2021 04 13.

Great service Jeff found the tv I wanted at another store organized for it to be delivered to me all I had to do was pay for it all done within half an hour delivery person just rang and told me time it was being delivered so I'm a very happy customer again totally recommend the team

Very good experience. Was told our fridge, bought in late August would only be available in late September, was called 2 weeks early and delivered September 15. Only service you should add is removal of old one. Nice work.
