Knotwood products are superior in quality. They have amazing pool of staff who are super friendly and helpful.
One hint - When it comes to technical advice that you need, that’s the tricky part, need to talk to the experienced person, else you’ll be wasting your time and money.
Overall I’m very happy and highly recommend this product.

We always utilise Knotwoods to ensure we exceed our customers expectation. In the past and currently have used their varied range to delivered an outstanding results for our end customer, in a variety of different environment's, where the product has excelled in application and product performance. Also the service team is flexible and accommodating to assist us when meeting difficult schedules.

Great product and a very helpful team. We use batten extrusions, gate frames, Channel and RHS to build screens and gates. Our customers are always blown away by how good Knotwood looks and lasts. The timber colours and grains are consistently the highest quality. The material packaging is second to none.nothing is to much trouble. Well done five stars.

Doesn't respond to emails. Phone numbers go straight to voicemail. If these guys are still operating I hate to think how the ordering process goes.

I left the review below a few months ago and just wanted to add to it to say that one of the first things that Knotwoods new CEO Leo Santini did was to contact me personally to discuss, learn about and resolve the issues I experienced. Like many company's that experience rapid growth and success, some issues occur that could be dealt with in a far more responsive and empathetic way if only someone would just pick up the phone and address the issue. This didn't happen and the fact that I had a ligitimate complaint and no one was interested at all to address it, despite repeated emails saying the the Business Development Manager would contact me, I heard from no one until after Leo Santini contacted me after being appointed Knotwood's CEO. Even though I am a small customer, Leo picked up the phone and called me to address my issues personally. This in my experience is the sign of a quality CEO; one who is prepared to seek out issues, investigate the cause and resolve them by dealing with customers and then putting systems and procedures in place that help prevent similar issues arising.
I would like to thank Leo for his initiative and proactive approach and wish him, Knotwood and it's Directors, Shareholders and Staff every success. The product itself is a market leader and I look forward to my future dealings with Knotwood. Graham 23/2/2022

I made many requests for colour samples which never arrived until a month later when the salesman dropped them to me.
Knotwood failed to put my payment through resulting in my production being delayed. 2 weeks went by until I realised and contacted them.

Then there was delay after delay, excuse after excuse. Damaged and scratched battens when they finally arrived even though they were well packed. More delays after they stuffed up the replacement battens.

Throughout the whole process I was the one to constantly chase up as to what's going on with my order and when things will be delivered.

Had a conversation with the sales manager after all the dramas, emails, phone calls and headaches and he gave different excuses than my salesman and also couldn't offer any form of compensation for a 3 month delay and a multitude of stuff ups and incompetence from Knotwood.

I gave 1 star as the product does look good in the end but Knotwood was a nightmare to deal with.

Had an issue but seems it has been resolved. Thank you for your professionalism dealing with the matter.

It’s a great product with terrible service. Late delivery initially. Massive under delivery of spacers delayed job. Icing on cake was tracking number given had not been phoned to courier to pick up. So frustrating to deal with.

There were some issues with the order which could have been dealt with more efficiently but were ultimately rectified by Knotwood. The product appears to be good quality and looks great installed.

Bought a aluminium fence from another company who imports from China. Bad mistake, it faded so much and looked horrible after 2 years! Replaced it with knotwood fence in western red cedar with guaranteed 15 years warranty on the finish. Learn from my mistake make sure you buy quality woodgrain aluminium! Cheers Knotwood!

Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Gordon from sales helped me fine tune the components and make sure everything was spot on. I would recommend Knotwood to both the trade and DIY'er!
