Kmart Woodridge

Our son has started collecting Hotwheels Cars, we took him in to get some with his birthday money, as there was none on the shelves we asked young girl.
We were told because of collectors they are not putting them out but could come back in 30mins.
When we go back we were told to go away.
Next Saturday we went down and still no Cars, we asked a lady again who told us there were some out the back but she isn't going to go through the trouble of bringing them out for us.
Why are they picking and choosing who can buy what, dont they want to sell toys.

Any staff exist here? I've attempted to call the store directly numerous times and no one ever picks up. Very unprofessional.

Very bad service at the checkout the staff were rude and unhelpful me and a another customer left our items at the self service centre and walked out
I won't shop there anymore

The staff are very rude. Especially the ones at the front. One had a large trolley of stock and had it right in front of the area where you go to self serve. She saw me standing there with my trolley waiting to go through and completely ignored me and did not bother moving it. So I had to barge my way through.

I also had a trolley full of storage boxes and also hangers etc

I was approached and asked if I needed help at self serve. I said no thank you I can do it. I could see the lady watching me the whole time while I scanned my things. She then came up to me again! Even though I said I'd scan them myself. She then says how many do you have and put them through.

If you shop here you will definitely be treated like some sort of thief and made out that you are going to steal. It's disgusting. Makes you not want to shop there. As an educator that purchases items from this store for Teaching etc I will not shop there again.

Not everyone in woodridge is scum and steals.

TODAY, WE WERE SHOPPING CASUALLY BUT THEN WHEN WE WENT OUT THE WORKERS SAID “WE NEED TO CHECK YOUR BAG”. WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION WE HAVE OUR OWN RIGHTS. THEY TOOK A YARN THAT I GOT FROM THE OTHER DAY THAT WAS STILL IN MY BAG. BUT THEN THERE WAS A WHITE FAMILY (no offence just trying to make a point) THAT WENT AND THE WORKERS DIDNT EVEN CHECK THEIR RECEIPTS AND THAT ME AND MY FRIENDS WERE ASIANS. SO THEY WERE BEING RASICT AND RASIALLY MOTIVATED. THATS ALL IVE GOT TO SAY THANK YIU FOR READING THIS.

Honestly the worst Kmart I’ve ever been to. Had to pick up a click and collect.went to the service desk where I stood for a good hot minute.to be finally greeted by a lady who Clearly didn’t want to be at work. I get it. Christmas time can be horrible but the store wasn’t even busy - it was dead and honestly I can see why no one shops there. I get my docket to go around to back dock where I have to walk up stares to pallets all over the floor where I have to step on to get any back dock staff member to notice me. Missed opportunity but I should have tripped and fallen down the stares, I could do with the spare cash this Christmas. Anyway atleast they had the stock I

Certainly not going here ever again. How can you have something on your shelf but not for sale? Had the choice to go here or to office works to pick up a last minute gift for young ones, unfortunately decided to go here. Arrived 15 minutes before closing, found what I wanted to get and basically 5 minutes before closing was checking out to be told by the staff, “the item isn’t in our system so means we can’t sell it”. Then why is it on display / for sell if you aren’t selling it. Wasted my time and my day. Not much options available either, the shelves are pretty much empty. Not sure if they don’t get filled, they don’t receive stock or these guys are closing up.

Kmart Woodridge is in a great location! It's always clean, the staff are friendly, when you're walking in/out. Great Customer service! There are heaps of parking spaces and other shops nearby for your convenience.

People getting frustrated waiting to be served. Not easy for one staff member to serve as well as help people download photos. The lady did a wonderful job. THANK YOU.

Never have much in stock, store is always a mess and stood asking for help for ages and they were more amused talking about what they are doing on the weekend instead of helping their customers. I even asked when the next lot of stock is arriving and they stood there looking like a deer in headlights as if I was asking some strange question in a different language.

It's actually a good store but with the new border lockdown stock availability seems to be low.
Plenty of display items in kitchenware be a lot of actual saleable items were unavailable.

Good old Kmart is great wherever you go. I'm sure though in different areas have more choice and bigger Kmart's but it's a nice little Kmart and close to a lot of other little stores as it's located in Wembley shopping centre

It's amazing how masks are supposed to be mandatory and yet the amount of people walking around Kmart this morning without masks and staff won't do anything. It seems Kmart want the extra few dollars rather than keeping their staff and the other public safe

If you have no checkouts open and I have to serve myself then I want staff discount because I am staff. Remember when we had Customer Service? Not anymore at KMart.

Kmart mechanical Woodridge changed the tyre twice on my Fiesta as I had a problem with a buckled rim, very impressed would use them again in a heartbeat. Will be taking our servicing there in the future.

The in store experience is acceptable. Greeters and security set the standard of welcome, and always have a friendly, welcoming greeting. Staff are helpful when approached for assistance, and the shop itself is clean and presentable. This store is let down, when you call in. The phone was answered quickly, the problem apologised for, but the pass the parcel that followed was unprofessional. “Not my department”, “I’m on the other side of the store”, “I don’t know why she put you through to me, I am nowhere near that area today” Man, it was hard staying polite. I ended up demanding not to be transferred again, and the young man I was talking to walked across store and found me a workable solution. The refund process was simple, and everything else went fine. Fix your call in customer care, it’s horrible and pretty much what let’s you down.

The stores seems to have a lot of stock and trolleys left around the shopping centre. Clothes are all over the place and are not where they're supposed to be.

Kmart is a exceptional great variety store. Good camping section, home wears, clothing all very afforable and great quality. Would recommend Kmart.

Has a great range of products. Usually has more of the greater desired range that the more popular stores run out of. However it can be a bit strong on the nose so breath through your mouth
