Kmart Toowoomba Grand Central

Visited this store today and was absolutely disgusted. Products left on the floor, also work trollies with products on them abandoned in the middle of the isles… saw 4 of these. Floors were filthy dirty. What few staff there was… were stand around talking and laughing. I will not be coming back to this store. Appalling.

Website says they open at 08: 00 24th of December. Even maps says it is 08: 00 and open. Crowds Gathering outside and Store is still closed 40 min later and no explanation or even a staff member coming to inform customers of the opening time or any info. Trying to get their attention is impossible to find some information. Very poor and Wasting time of people that also work over the festive season. Poor management.

Staff do all they can to avoid customers. Terrible layout and only 2 people on registers with huge lines expecting people to use self check outs. WE DON'T WORK HERE!

It's KMart, but in Toowoomba. So why is it different to other KMarts? Because The Review Queen has been there.

Easy store with great layout. Has everything you could possibly need as the store is so large. Probably avoid shopping here during peak times as it is absolute chaos specifically in the Covid environment. Other than that the staff are meticulously kind generous and polite. And it is Kmart so you know you’re getting value for money

If you know exactly where to look it's fine - can never find floor staff. Asked directions to sportsgoods - sent to wrong area. Re- asked another employee - got it right this time but couldn't find products I was after. Not a favourable shopping day in K Mart

Kmart's is very clean and busy I can't wait to used what I bought they have got so many items to look at it is good they have big and small bath towels there prices are reasonable it would be a store I would go back to for shopping the staff at the checkout are so helpful and friendly I have just found out today that Kmart has a laybye area I made my first lay bye today I have got my photos done there as will and I was happy with the price keep up the wonderful work that all the staff dose maryellen

K-Mart is the place, you walk in to buy one item and walk out with at least six before struggling to find where to pay for it in the centre of the store, as opposed to adjacent to the exit. Which is a little weird.

Staff is very polite and helpful. I visited this store on Tuesday and had a little accident in the store. Staff members still treated us with full respect with a smile on their faces and ready to offer help. They touched my heart with their kind gesture.
I will keep returning to the store. Thank you once again Kmart Grand Central

Had the best customer service ever from Brittany, who went over and above to locate a product that I was unable to get in Brisbane.

Lazy trolley collectors. Ring the 1800 number and get told they will take 48 hours. Five days after reporting them, the trolley is still there. Ring the 1800 number again and they tell the trolley has been collected, whence in reality, it has not! They are good at shirking their responsibilities and lying to their employers.

Always a humming place with a good variety of shops and mall cafes. Convenient parking both above and below the centre, providing quick easy access.

I love kmart.this one is well stocked and always has the new gear. I could spend hours in this place. My last visit was the first time I didn't buy anything and that felt weird.

A good variety of items in a convenient location. The service is good and the place is fairly clean.

Visiting our daughter and they had all the items that are out of stock on the Gold Coast like waterproof pillow protectors, the white waffle doona cover, a vase we like etc. Very happy with our haul!

They had everything I was looking for after looking for a week they are keeping up with stock better than everyone else

I live the Kmart in the grand central mall. The customer service is really good. They are quite patient in answering your questions and the service desk is also great
