Kmart Toowong

Terrible customer service, especially when you ask them where an item is. They will give you a bad look like you’re stupid.

What takes longer that calling Centrelink? Trying to get a human from Toowong Kmart to answer!

I’ve sent a formal complaint because it’s impossible to be busy for the amount of times I have tried (over 2 hours on hold today over a range of different times).

Called the store tonight 30/10/2023.10 times, no answer on every call! Its not like it is xmas on a Monday nite! What are the staff doing there!
Disappointed yet again with the customer service and management!

Tried calling the store 4 times just after 9 this morning. One time for each department offered on their phone menu. I waited 5-7 minutes each time and no answer. I prefer to ring as your website is also unreliable. If it says no stock, chances are you probably have heaps and if it says in stock, you probably have none.

Click and collect service is abysmal.
The accept your order and payment then several hours later cancel saying product unavailable.

VERY, VERY BAD Customer Service!
- Telephone call was not answered on the middle of the day for more than 20 minutes when I hung up.
- What the heck they are doing? Where is anybody?
- Does they competing with CentreLink, who will keep customers waiting for longer?

Huge store with a great variety of products. Good store layout. Plenty of parking. First 2 hours is free and anything after you will have to pay for.

It’s ok. A bit hard to find things and it’s hard to look around because some shelves/walls are too high. Couldn’t find half the things I needed. Customer was good.

Beautiful staff, women's and men's active wear including shoes! OMG! Boutique stock, 'everlast' at cheaper than OP Shop prices.

Quite standard Kmart:) Friendly staff. I went there looking for a TV antenna cable, but they run out stock. The staff help me find the stock in other store near by.

Eughh yueghh when Qld went into first lockdown they still had masks! Amazing right? Anyway overall food Kmart I stop by whenever I need the stuff that I need

Good today not crowded some wearing masks but all SD. Got what could but disappointed I went for white clotted seen in ad on line but none there only.blue and beige.

Went to buy some mens briefs in my size, only xl xxl or small. Also not many scented candles available. I like it @Toowong but a lost sale from me

Lovely store and staff however, it is smaller than most locations. If you are after something specific, it might be a good idea to call ahead to double check it is available at this location. Otherwise, you may be better to order it online.

Nice big store. Lots of variety. Staff were nice BUT i asked one of the friendly female shop assistants at the register what time they closed. I wanted to confirm the closing times, Thursday 9pm should i need to visit again since moving into the area and she did not know lol. This is so basic stuff that staff should know straight away.

I like Kmart but I feel the new layout definately encourages saving. I always see things I like when I'm leaving the store but am not keen to go back into the centre of the store and line up again.

Great products and prices. The store is clean and the staff I have encountered are very polite and always willing to help

Store could do with a good cleaning though.
The trolleys are an absolute joke, and along with the areas where the aisle widths and corners you need to maneuver together, ensure you receive such a physical workout that it's almost impossible to enjoy shopping for all those bargain bits and pieces I didn't realise I needed!

Usually has everything you need. It has a tendency to be out of stock, so you may have to visit a number of times to get everything your looking for. Prices are good, but quality isn't perfect: still good enough for a while
