As soon as I walked out the store I said. That is the best customer service I have ever experienced. GREG. You deserve a promotion, your patience, friendliness, professionalism, is rare and exceptional. This kind of customer service is so valuable. Preparing the trolley by wiping it down, over as soon as self serve wasn’t working, his communication. All of it, I truely believe he is an asset to the team. Continually impressed with Kmart, friendly staff, good product range although sometimes quality could be better, healthy stock levels, good specials, easy to use app and website, smooth online purchases, OnePass.

Other stores should take note.

5th time I come in this store while checking in advance online if something is in stock, but when I arrive it’s not actually in stock

Trying to get hold of someone by phone is impossible. I wanted to check I could return something without a receipt, because it somply stopped working.before I lugged it there and got told I needed a receipt.
What is customer service these days? Non existant. It rings out. How hard is it for someone to ANSWER A PHONE? Maybe they only know how to text.

Kmart (Robina) is always well stocked and organised. I’ve had mixed experiences with friendly and unfriendly staff here especially at the express checkout.

I was recently met with exceptional service from a young staff member at K Mart Robina called MATIESSE. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. I noticed her busily tidying up, working hard yet stopping to help customers when they needed assistance. She knew the store well and could help me find the random K Mart goodies I was after, even though they were outside the department she was tidying. It was a pleasure to see and a reminder that there definitely are kids out there who have a great work ethic and know what good customer service looks like. Well done, K Mart and thank you, MATIESSE.

My experience is they have a blatant disregard for Consumer Law, are bullies and Lazy.
Sold me a product that they had falsely advertised with higher specs. Three month later even after 'running an internal investigation' and admitting fault, not even the common courtesy to respond to my emails about trying to get it replaced. This lazy, nasty and hateful service model is handing the market to Amazon.

On a positive note the ladies supervising the ladies fitting room were helpful and pleasant as was the cashier. Unfortunately in these stores now there's no one to assist on the floor.

Kmart is my happy place. When ever I visit the Robina shoppingcentre I must visit Kmart even though I don’t need anything. Kmart is always filled with amazing deals and great products. It's an addiction that I Love.

Super thoughtful staffs who truly understand the value of the goods they’re handling.

I ordered some lego sets and had them delivered to my house (near Brisbane city). They carefully wrap each individual lego box; stuff extra air bags to protect them and add ‘fragile’ label outside of the delivery box. Amazing! All the lego boxes arrived in perfect condition. Thank you so much and I really appreciate the effort guys!

Unlike last month, I ordered a $430 lego set from Target and it arrived in really bad condition. I had to return it immediately. People need to understand that Lego box is as important as the lego brick itself.

Just like any other kmart. It's easy to find stuff as its quite uniformed like others. Stuff in there is cheap but that's due to cheap Chinese stuff. Pretty much buy it and the throw away once no need for it. Staff are friendly and easy to find help when needed.

The stores push towards self service should be rejected

Good mall, great parking. Anything you want really and heaps of dinner possibillities. If you are around goldcoast it's a nice visit:)

Always bargains to be found at Kmart and this store is large. You pay in the centre, which is odd, but not inconvenient. Plenty of staff around to ask for help.

Poor organisation. Poor service

Poor customer service. I had a click & collect to receive, received email and SMS confirmation. When I arrived I was told it was already taken. I came back on day after and it was found. When I tried to explain staff my experience, staff (Narelle) was EXTREMELY rude, saying thats NOT her problem!

Was looking for camoflarge pants, they did not have any. But None of the other stores had any either, cant be in fashion

Didnt have what we wanted today but still love going here all the time great prices, good variety.

Always able to get a really good price.
Conveniently situated near parking.
Staff Not always visable when needing assistance.

Sadly shelves looking a bit scarce, but the staff on the floor particularly in the kitchen area were exceptional. Great attitude & helpful
