Kmart Oxenford

It's quicker to walk around and find what you need than use click and collect. And when they do get around to you, they are missing your items. Totally unprofessional.

I went into Kmart Oxenford today to get my cousin a new toy for her birthday and i was kindly greeted and helped by a lovely young lady by the name Ally, she was very helpful, i appreciated her help and i will be visiting again

Love being greeted when you enter, staff are mostly helpful, products are fabulous, variety is wonderful. There is so much to choose from it's hard to go with a list and not walk out without a trolley full. Hard to go with the kids they want everything ha.great shop

Large store with a great selection and a good stock of products. They also have toilets here. You need to get a key from customer service. Lack of staff members makes shopping a bit difficult if you need assistance.

Lexi who works at the service desk in oxenford is horrible and extremely rude. She was 2 minutes over her shift and refused to help me so she ran out the back looking for someone to take over and came back out. Huffed and puffed as she had to take a call and slammed down the device used to look up products.won’t be shopping here anytime soon. Thanks Lexi for your extraordinary customer service.

Well stocked. Staff helpful. Not in a large shopping centre. Is stand alone store. You park outside walk straight in. Suits me well.

Neat store and friendly staff.

I needed assistance and had a helpful young lady assist me. Didn't have what I needed but she went the extra mile by finding stores nearby that did. She was working in the cosmetic isle between 6: 15 and 6: 45pm Friday night. Her name may have been Margo but not 100% sure. Such a lovely and helpful girl. Other team members were friendly aswell. Door lady was lovely too.

I am a Massive fan of Kmart since it opened and continue to be in love with the Store.   My main 2 stores are Westfields Helensvale and this one here at Oxenford, right next to Bunnings.   The designers and purchasers of Kmart products have really stepped up the game over the past few years and if you haven’t already, checkout their FB Page where you can find some Amazing inspiration and tips from other Kmart lovers I really like the Oxenford Store as there is always adequate parking available and the store is well stocked, neat and clean.   The staff are always extremely helpful also, including the lady today who helped me with a return.nothing wrong with item, it just didn't fit in space.

Don't bother trying to ring this store. I rang to see if they had a shower stool in stock that was on their website. I've just had an operation so could not go in store to check. Rang and made my selection from the automated menu then the phone just rang for 7 1/2 minutes and not answered so I gave up. Will try elsewhere.

Your staff, lead by Michelle are AMAZINGLY kind, professional and incredibly efficient.

Is it possible for Senior Management to respond to me to let me know how you feedback great comments back to your staff and, in particular, Michelle.

Working under very dangerous conditions, as I weave in and out of buckets and towels as roof has leaked for months and months.

Sounds like KMart are waiting for a tragic in store accident to happen people. Roof was dangerously leaking last November and yesterday

Good shop, Would recommend. But if you want quality you won't find it. But if you want cheap go ahead.

Great store! Love to come here even from Southport as it is its own store. Better than going into a shopping centre! This is a Kmart just to go to Kmart! So the location is great. However the selection of staff could be better. Needs a bit more mature and professional staff as I heard one at the checkout telling a customer that she loves the store, but it gets hectic. At that time she was there by herself and people were only offered self check out, while a few customers lined up for the cashier. Thought she could have stayed more positive and ensure customers that help is coming.

Just had to use the toilets for my kids in kmart oxenford and they were the most disgusting stinky toilets I have ever used. My 8year old nearly threw up with the stench. Will never ever use them again.

Great store products and are good value but I just wonder why the checkouts are in the the centre of the store, if they were at the exit you would not need the second scrutiny of your purchase the old system was I think better

My go-to Kmart. Always clean and tidy and well stocked (apart from during the height of the pandemic, of course, no fault of theirs). The only reason I'm not giving it all five stars is the parking lot. I wish they'd expand the main entrance/exit. It's a disaster, very badly designed with a gaping hole jutting out on the left side and way too narrow to support a constant stream of Kmart and Bunnings customers. Maybe a roundabout would help.

Store is very clean and tidy, service is always very nice. The staff are very friendly and good at assisting. Management are very good at their jobs.

Good Kmart store plenty of parking, the store is a stand alone you don't need to walk through a massive shopping centre to get to Kmart and its fairly new, Bunnings, KFC, PetBarn are next door

I placed a click & collect order on 17/12/2020. We paid & received an confirmation saying it can take up to 24 hours to get items ready for collection. No response in the 24 hours. When I called the store in Oxenford. They advised they were very busy they had 30 orders in front of me & they couldn't get my orders ready on time. When I placed an order & made the payment. Theres no notes saying it will take more than 24 hours to have the items ready. Not keeping the customer up-to-date & telling them they can do their jobs on time as promised has given me a terrible on-line shopping experience with Kmart. Lack of communication, no where to make a customer compliant, terrible customer service.

Staffing standing around chatting while 1 per lovely girl was serving at the service desk. Need more staff actually helping customers. They were literally having a gas bag.
