Kmart Noosa Junction K Hub

Staff are never friendly or accommodating. Young staff members regularly cannot answer questions and are often rude. Would reccomed Maroochydore or Caloundra over noosa by a long shot

Worst service, woman at the counter with the short shaved hair didn't even say a single word! The store is an absolute atrocious, mess everywhere with a pile of swept up rubbish in the womens clothing area, plus a disgusting smell. Never coming back, won't refer anyone to come here. Should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. No wonder people are shopping outside of Noosa now, the customer service representatives clearly think they're too good to even say hello.

We are in Maroochydore but the stuff in Maroochydore kmart is out of the stock as it always, so we drive from Maroochydore to Noosa for collecting my online order, and the front desk her name is Annie treated me horrible without any respect, when I requested again what question she asked me, she just had an annoyed face, I was not sure if that was because I got an Asian face, she would rather talk to my Aussie husband, I don't expect this kind of customer service from kmart. I am wondering if it is racism, this was a very distressing experience.

Hi K-hub, my family and I very much enjoy the store but my one request is for there to be makeup! This could include just the popular Kmart beauty items such as the bronzing drops and lip masks. This would really be a good addition because many of the locals such as myself would like to get the newest and viral products without having to go to the Sunshine Plaza.

Staff need to be better equipped to deal with the customer who visits with an item for return.after a wait at the front desk for someone to appear, then a time consuming 'process' finding a date on the docket (after incessant and repetitive questioning) and then calling the manager, who then told me after turning item over and over again that it was obviously old.i was embarrassed and got irritated and she then told me she wasnt going to serve me.this manager needs to learn some customer skills and maybe how to reduce the tension rather than escalate it.maybe this is a generation thing, im not sure, but i will not shop there again.highly embarrassed and reduced to irritation is not my thing.

The manger really needs to get a live. We go in to buy some thing with our dogs in a pram and starts to go on about not wanting to clean up after the dogs. THEY AER IN A PRAM MATE. If you don’t want to work on a Sunday don’t be there. We were going to buy lots of toys for our son but left with nothing. Good job mate.

Love Kmart. This one in particular is quite small and can easily shop.

Probably the most functional and helpful Kmart or even retail store for that matter I've been to. The staff always answer the phone without fail and hold items for me. They are polite and professional also which is such a rarity these days. I buy something from here every week if not multiple times a week for my business and they consistently impress.

Great little store. I wish we had a full size Kmart but they pack a great range into this little K-Hub store. The staff were very helpful and the prices were very good.

Gotta love kmart! Had almost everything we wanted, from undies to electrical and makeup for the 16yo to fishing rods for the 13yo - a one stop shop

I was looking for a nice big mug to drink my iced coffee out of and this fine young gentleman named fraser helped me find exactly what i needed.he should get a raise.

A great little Kmart in Noosa very handy to pick up those items you forgot to pack or the utensils your accommodations forgotten about. Stocks nearly everything you may need. Friendly service at Kmarts great prices. Have been here a few times this week. Picked up dash washers, sharp knife, phone charges and food containers. Very handy.

Great use of space, all the things you need from Kmart in a smaller KHub space! Friendly staff, great selection of items.
