Kmart Morayfield

The rudest staff ever, on three seperate occasions and was treated with such rudeness. Mainly the click and collect team and out the back.

The photo printingself self serve sucks. No help from staff, everybody just kept walking away. Had to get help from another customer.
Super dusty fitting rooms.
Long queues.
I need a Christmas antler headband for work and they are super uneven.

I checked out two other businesses looking for an umbrella. KMart gave me best value for money.

Sad its getting worse. Understaffed. Staff have stopped to care. I miss good helpful customer service.

Struggling to spend a bit no till open self help not working properly and only staff looking at us struggling it's a joke

Like all shopping stores, have ask directions when you go there for the first time, like me today.

A fair, 4 star rating applied simply due to the fact that K-Mart really does offer a large range of product lines at heavily discounted prices. With the quality of the merchandise to be excellent for the prices marked on the tags. Also a fantastic range in the homeware department at prices that could turn anybody into an interior designer.

I went to store today to get some photos scanned. Not sure what to do the young female sales assistant was very helpful. Can't say the same for her supervisor, an older lady, who told the girl helping me that she shouldn't be helping as there were customers waiting. Not a good attitude for someone in charge.

Staff could not be bothered with customer when asked a question on location of a product all I received was [its over there], no interest in helping customers. The should be reminded who pays their wages. Go to the reject shop better service and friendly staff.

Everytime you go for something specific the website says in stock but they never have it out, staff don't listen and will actually argue. I've been told something wasn't instock because only the coloured ones were in stock, when I said the website says it is colour and white in the same she told me that it was wrong and that she couldn't help me because they only had the coloured in stock but as they were behind the photo counter I couldn't just take one any way.so I drove to Burpengary and picked the item up instead.guess what, they were coloured and white like the website said. Today I went in specifically after an item, told the lady at the counter there was none on the shelf but the website says they have it instock, so she sends someone to nursey to look for it, makes me wait 10 minutes only to tell me there are none on the shelf.like I said. So yet again, I'll have to drive to Burpengary tomorrow to collect it from them.should have closed this one instead of the Caboolture one, at least the staff there knew what they were doing and were actually willing to help.

Great store! But The old lady in charge of the fitting rooms is the only problem with this store. Rudest person I've ever met in the retail industry

Went for a Click'n'Collect parcel (my first and possibly my last) and took more time than if I'd personally shopped instore for the items, which isn't how it's meant to be. Then felt a security tag still attached to an item inside the parccel, when the security alarms beeped and wasn't leaving until it was found and removed, as would only have to return at another time to have it removed.

Staff are usually helpful and always good stock. You do have to be quick as this store is in a busy area and certain items sell out quickly. Always good deals and I LOVE their skin care products! Their push for a larger and better variety has shown and it's fantastic! I highly recommend the charcoal face scrubs and the charcoal clay face mask! I always grab a handful of the bottles whenever I'm there!

Shelves are frequently under stocked, and the quality seems worse now than it was a few years ago. Do not recommend the cheap Tupperware, though their active ware is good value. Only buy branded kids toys, but seriously recommend just shopping online.

Good prices and lots of variety. More people around to do tidying and helping shoppers would be nice

Great homewares and home decor but I avoid shopping there as I hate going through the midstore checkout and then having to line up at the door to have purchases and docket checked

Whats happened to the entertainment section in the past few years? Kmart in general not morayfield. Just go to big dub unless there is a specific item u need from kmart
