Kmart Maroochydore

Way too hard to complete a purchase. Abandoned items and walked out. The place is a total disaster area and I am so disappointed in the experience, I don't want to explain how to fix the joint - the manager should be sorting it, not me.

Loads of stuff. Great specials if you're lucky. Relatively easy to get around but payment takes a while. Queues to pay frequent occurance.

Kmart is at Sunshine plaza, our very large shopping centre, at the moment it is getting made bigger, kmart is a big store, what ever you want, I think you can get it, it is a great shop to shop but there is not enough staff and not enough staff on checkout, I do not like the ones you serve yourself

Will always shop here, as close by, but needs a lot lot more effort in store presentation. Always tolleys of gear everywhere, bring back night fill or start a fast team before doors open.

Rude staff. Asked for assistance and the lady spoke to me like I was bothering her. She pointed at a wall and said there in a disrespectful manner. Never returning.

This is a great Kmart store, with a terrific layout and incredible low prices. Me and my roommates come here all the time just because! Could not recommend it any higher

Kmart has become such a good shop for all sorts of budget items it's insane. We are always finding things that are cheaper than online alternatives.

Love the store.my only negative is the checkouts are just a disaster.chaos! There needs to be a better arrangement.

Full variety of stock, friendly staff but the registers are only in the middle of the store and not need the front.

Absolutely love revamped Kmart! What a turnaround when you finally get someone at the top who has vision and knows what sells! Have purchased many lovely decorator items which dont cost a fortune. I enjoy visiting this store every couple of months and always find new items on display. Plenty of staff on hand for any queries.

Very busy but that's understandable as they are in the mall. Everything you need, staff have always been nice. They stay open at a good time.

Everywhere I turned there were staff with big trolleys of stuff restocking shelves, which I understand needs to happen. But the staff were very overbearing and I felt they were the priority not the customers.
Constant trouble with the self serve as always.

Everything is easy to find. The store is clean and well organised. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Went to Kmart on 27/9/18 and the lines at the cash register were outrageous taking over 1/2 hour to pay for items. There were only 3 manned cash registers with staff serving and there is not enough of the self serve registers to accommodate the store. Not very well staffed for such a busy store.

Large Kmart store inside the Sunshine Plaza complex on the ground floor. Checkouts in odd location.there's little flow to the store's shopping experience. Clothing is poor quality $ however homewares are very current market and good value $ for decorative pieces.
