Kmart Capalaba

I find it so disrespectful when people are going into kmart or any store and abusing the self service worker when there's no one working a register, they're just there doing their job and what they've been asked to do. If you have a problem then ask for help or simply leave, they're humans too, they have feelings. I witnessed multiple people abusing a young lady working the self service checkouts today and she walked out crying. Seriously people, do better! I really hope that young lady is ok and knows she's doing a great job. Not sure if the staff see these but she was working around 3pm 25/10 and she's doing fantastic dealing with all those rude people while looking after the self service and I hope she gets noticed

Train staff better
Compensate customers properly if you have to refund a complete order when it says it available when I order and pay (don't just offer free shipping on next order, most people spend enough to get free shipping anyway, so that is a disrespectful cop out) if it is your fault and a complete order has to be refunded and I am not notified for two days compensation is in order
Your company makes enough profit
If it is your stuff up then cough up at least send a gift card or something
Phone staff are rude and of no help

Terrible customer service from Jayne at the customer service desk! Couldn’t complete transaction as she was sooo busy yet she had myself and two other people around.

If i could give no stars I would, can't complain about the service as there is none. Don't even try calling

Same as every other kmart, was clean and tidy, lots of stock and friendly staff. Layout seemed same as my local so was easy to navigate and find things.

Always self serve when products don't scan or something goes wrong with sale no one is there to help. I will not shop here anymore. Capalaba kmart has really lost it's service.

Excellent services.staff are very nice.went to return something that wasn't suitable and they were very nice and dealt with it professionally

Had what we wanted. Looking for computer mouse and they ranged from $3.75 to $18.00. Store was bright and cheery.

Just your typical Kmart with large selection. Found the staff to be rather unpleasant at times but kind of what you expect.

Always find something that you can't go past. Found shoe brush we had been looking elsewhere for.

Just like every other kmart except this one seems to have the knack for hiring rude employees, incredibly unprofessional

Should I want to operate a check out, I'll apply for a job. That's not likely!
Poor customer service.
The one employee was under duress, and pressure to assist several self check outs, thus failed, or avoided assisting me. I couldn't get the gist of recording my flybys, so I gave up on that!
Basically I'm not cut out for the modern era shopping.

Bright, well lit place of treasures for shoppers. Sometimes the things you want are also popular with others and you'll have to seek them elsewhere. Stock shortages are a problem in many stores and Kmart is no exception.

I just wish their online shop had the same or better deals. I couldn't find a couple things online but when I walked in no problem.

Is a kmart like most others mostly friendly helpful staff and the rare grumpy old 1 that likes to be a power tripper. Had a 1 off experience with a grumpy door women for no reason, I guess just a bad day for her.

I did a Click & Collect Order for my Christmas Shopping and I have ordered a lot and am so happy that no items was missed. Thank you so much Kmart Capalaba Well done:)

Place is hiring to many kids who have no idea what they are doing. Maybe they should supply better training who knows. Was served by a young boy, looked way to young to even have a job, took him more than 10 minutes to scan through my three items, which was fine! He was probably still learning. However we Get out of the store and it beeps to then realise he didn’t take the bloody safety tag off of 1 of the items. Surely it cannot be that hard!

I love this Kmart it is always kept very clean, had new displays up all the time. The greeters have always been so friendly towards me. The covid login has definitely been used to the fullest plenty of signs as you walk in to use to scan. If we didn’t have Kmart who knows how Australia would be doing. It’s one store I can’t live without.

Always awesome, staff are super friendly and it has all the stuff I've needed like the coffee grinder you can't find at any other store

Love kmart but the phone case i wanted hasn’t been in stock for so long that i just bought a more expensive one from somewhere else
