Kmart Caloundra

I bought some simple and lovely stuff in need for household. I love Kmart because I know what choice select for price down that compare stores. Excellent and good price.

Horrible experience. They placed cashiers in the middle of store, far away from exit, I can only imagine trying to keep the front of the store displaying merchandise and not reminding people they need to pay. The idea must have looked great in their board meetings and marketing department must've even gotten a pay rise. But in reality, as an honest customer you line up to pay, walk to the exit and then line up to show your receipt to a staff member in order to prove you're not a thief. So what happened to the friendly store image? In busy times there are 30-40 people lining up for receipt check. WTH guys? Worst treatment ever and all KMART stores are the same.

Had a bad experience at the Caloundra store. Bought a doona. It was not used. Took it back the following day for a refund. Staff refused to give me a refund - saying they don't refund on doonas. How are the public suppose to know that? Not happy Kmart Caloundra.

Purchased a bicycle from here. Had a hole in the tube. Whole bicycle replaced next day. Impressed.

Good general central shopping centre, good variety of shops, good parking. Only down side is very small seated eatery area.

Lots of different variances of the type of product I was after. Lots of stock and reasonable price for the item purchased. Self-serve checkout equals speedy payment processing.not getting stuck behind a customer who's on for a chat with the checkout operator.

I don't like the store since the renovation. It's too hard to find my size clothes, they seem to be scattered throughout different areas.
The staff seem to be very busy and can be hard to get assistance.
I took an item back for a refund and nearly 2 months later I hadn't received it. I received it after threatening to go to the small trades to lodge a complaint.

A good kmart, seems to be well stocked and easy to get around and find all the stuff you didn't know you needed!

Over the years Kmart like other major variety stores has drastically changed their stock range but this isn't always what the customers want. I personally prefer the Kmart of old that always maintained an incredible range and variety of stock.

I have found some very inexpensive clothing lately. Today was no exception, nice shirt for $5.00 excellent

On the day, a lot of stock was limited or not available in the electrical appliances, kitchenware and children's clothing.

Disappointing once again.
No stock, very little, no sises, poor quality
What's happened to Kmart.
Always left with a trolley full.
Something for everyone.
Unfortunately now I leave empty handed.
Have Kmart changed buyers.
Turned cheap and nasty.
I shall be shopping @ big w and target from now on for my essential items.

Very crowded, do recommend coming through out the week for better experience. What I mean by that is there isnt a lot of people and there's more things on the shelves.

Could do with more staff the last few times iv been there iv found it hard to find assistance and don't keep there shelves fully stocked hard sometimes to find what your after

Poor, only sell black, and dark brown, or white shoe laces. What about tan school shoes, or tan business shoes.

It's a clean tidy place people have changed woman (worker) at the front of the store was rather rude as are some in the store the store as well. I treat people how I want to be treated. They need to clean up their act.

Still miss the "old" kmart setup as now you have to "search" for what you want.but all good.

Not a bad shop plenty in there allthough lost a lot by putting checkouts in middle of store, have no idea what thats about.

So much better than the sunshine plaza. Not as busy and always so much more stock. Lovely staff, a few mangers that are rude though.

Putting the registers in the middle of the shop seems like a dumb idea.don't like it one bit. Plus very hard to find anything, there doesn't seem to be any order to the different sections
