32 Ringing the sunnybank hills store well no one wants to answer, 3 times I phoned each call was over 10 minutes then cut out
Please answer your phones
Poor customer services. No trolley available and no effort to provide one. Asked customer to go and get the trolley from outside of shopping centre while paid items are left unattended on the floor.
I've been a Kmart shopper and never had a complaint. Until last week. I bought products that added up $53. I put in $50 and was putting in the coins when the machine stopped working. A lovely young employee tried to help me. But couldn't help. So another kind employee came over to help. But couldn't work it out. Then a male employee came over and said to me seriously that I put in $20. Not $50. And that I was wrong. He plainly telling me I'm a liar. Being a nice person I accepted the situation. Put in the $50. I felt totally embarrassed. That when I left I cried. I will never return to the Sunnybank Hills Kmart again. You've lost a frequent Kmart customer.
We went to buy a heater and could not locate them so asked for assistance for a team member (a name can be provided on request), she very rudely responded and there was none then checked through the radio and there was some. The again very rudely told us to look around the counter area.
Very poor customer service very rude staff.
I mean, it's Kmart! Hard not to love. Unfortunately they're low on stock in larger sizes (16/18) of the standard range clothes almost always.
Nice store products at very competitive prices only drawback price tags are there but shelves are empty missing products
I feel this Kmart is bigger than the Kmart in Sunnybank Plaza. It is a great place to find some beautiful candle and reed diffusers. They also stock very nice cushions.
Last week, I got a helium gas from this K Mart, when I got home, I found out it was already opened, and I thought it was fine, I just have a try, but was only blow 2 small one.yesterday I brought the gas and receipt to this store, I expected they will help me to exchange or return. But, the worst thing happened. I told the counter about the gas and asked if I can return it. He Said I can’t return and also told me to go to the service to ask their manager, and he used the fking inter phone to tell the manager the different story and the manager said I was telling the different story and his attitude was very bad and rude. WTF! I asked to get the counter to face to face and talk about it, but the manager rejected. Those duplicitous ah. Can I ask why? They were clearly reversing what is right! Cause I’m Asian? And such bullying me?
Last Saturday I visited this great department store to purchase myself a barbie dream house with multiple barbie accessories and toys. When suddenly I was about to purchase these items, I saw a burst of light. I thought it may be an angel but instead it was a man, a worker, a hero his name was Jayden. A well dressed professionally looking IT specialist, to assist all the boomers when they accidentally scan their Woolworths card on the Kmart checkout. He graciously assisted me with my shopping and truely represented the ideals of Kmart capitalism. It was an honour to visit this store.
Kind regards - SEQLD WEATHER
I must say as I entered the store today, this young lad Jayden gave me the best greeting.definitely don't know how he isn't a store manager.
Worst experience I’ve had in Australia with a manager (Ross). Extremely rude and arrogant. I wanted to return two pants had the receipt and purchased only five minutes ago. However they won’t return my money and tried selling me off with a voucher. I wanted to return the products after I scanned it but still then for some reason she said pay for the items and then head to service. Absolutely rubbish service, no cooperation and wouldn’t agree with other who said service was good.
I am not impressed with the new store layout, it is the biggest schmoozel i have ever seen, why change the layouts at least then you could find what you wanted. I will not go back. Its off to big w were i can move and find what i need.
Terrible experience. Terrible layout. Everything is placed without any sense. It's almost impossible to find what you are looking for, without spending a ridiculous amount of time wondering around the store.
My favorite store and very good customer service. Big, clean and beautiful.
Will always shop here.
Merry Christmas everyone.
Went shopping to buy my granddaughter some things and there were lots to choose from and reasonable prices. She picked some cute pink and sparkly ones and was very happy with her choice. She couldn't wait to wear them
Terrible service unless you tell them to take you to the isle they will just point at the other end of the store
I want to swap a swimming pool for a smaller one but we don't have the receipt. Already open and put water but it needs a lot of water to fill it. We did put water for our grandson. Can we swap please without receipt?
One of the best in Brisbane Southside. Nice clean fit-on rooms. Only thing I would ask for more is leave a staff member or two at checkouts. For no fault of Kmart, self service stations are pain at most times
Plenty of variety in the toy section this year, and a fair range of new gadgets too. My main quibble is the centralised checkouts meaning you are expected to open your bags to the attendant at the exit. The staff don't know this practise is unlawful, at least in Queensland, as the only people who can legally check your bag (in effect arrest you) are police officers, and someone who has personally seen you take and LEAVE the store without paying. As you're still in the store when your privacy is being invaded and they've been on the door job NOT observing your activities, they have no such investigative rights.
They let me return a road then i fould another one without the motor so i asked them a said sure and i got it. Good job KMART
