Kmart Arana Hills

This 5 star review goes straight to the staff at Kmart Arana Hills, especially the team at the photo desk. There were issues with the printer and they had a lot of technical issues that needed a new part, but the staff were fantastic. They called me three times to update me on my order status and when they knew they couldn't reprint the order (issues with the machine printing blurry calendars) they let me know asap so I could reorder at another kmart and they helped me with a refund. All this great service through a very busy Christmas period. Thanks so much to the team!

I saw an employee called Ishmael Sommer he is a fantastic employee he told me where this specific item was and what aisle it was in this was at the time where he was stocking shelfs P. S I saw him hold a box cutter

Well what can one day, they had something like I was after. I still do not like the checkouts in the middle of the store, I don't understand the logic in it

The website said the store is open to 12am tonight on 12 December 2021. I arrived to find it closed. I travelled 30mins to shop, this is unexceptionable.

The store is okay, the buying experience was good. The attitude of the woman serving us at the checkout was rather poor.

Plenty of parking near Kmart. Friendly staff. Net and clean store. Mostly items are available here.

The worst click and collect system. The person across the phone assured me I could purchase online and come pick up in store right away. This was a lie, wasted my time travelling to his hole only to realise its not ready to pick up. The worst customer service

Please provide checkout service. Not everyone want to or can do their own scanning. People do not like waiting to scan. Wake up and provide service or customers will go elsewhere

Generally low prices, although sometimes what is advertised online is not in store. They will search your bags on the way out.

Would like to thank the fantastic young cleaner who offered me to us his mobile phone when mine wasn't working and couldn't find a pay phone to use. Thank you for your help it was very much appreciated.

Great store with all you need to satisfy those Kmart cravings. I usually use the photo/print section and department of the store but regularly come here to get affordable but quality products.
