9Daughter loves the place so much we drive a 2 hr+ round trip just for her to jump for the same amount of time and the staff are lovely.
Not as good as it was when it first opened.bring back the ferocious dodgeball games still fun tho
Had a Birthday party here for my 8 year old girl. It was absolutely effortless. The Kloud9ine team took care of us and made sure my Daughter had an amazing time. I didn't have to setup or clean up. I just had to turn up and the party was taken care for me. Great staff, great place and very fairly priced for what you get. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again guys.
Kids love it. Do wish it had a decent feed then it would be a killer venue. Gotta keep us fatties happy haha
Kids had a great time here, it runs by the hour every hour. So if you roll up at 10 minutes past the hour you'll pay the full price but the kids jump time will be up at the next o'clock.
It's fantastic for an hour of constant play for the kids. You can take a drink bottle for your child/ren.
This is an excellent facility for a city the size of Toowoomba! Huge area with plenty of options to entertain both my kids. Friendly staff and excellent coffee:)
Great lighting and sound - perhaps a little dark - but the people supervising were standing together and not watching each area letting kids act a little dangerously.
Awesome Trampoline Park. Staff are friendly, always having fun. Love the lights and the vibe. Would recommend to anyone living and visiting Toowoomba to have a jump there.
A professionally run place to being the kids. The staff they have here seem mostly like teenagers, however, they are very on the ball when it comes to enforcing the safety rules (especially in the pro area). If you're an adult, get the jumping pass and you'll be surprised by how much fun you will have as well (especially those pro trampolines).
There is one downside and that's the pigeon holes you put your stuff into. I don't believe they're very well supervised. I've never had a problem with my stuff, but the counter across from them is usually unstaffed for extended periods of time. They should consider lockers or just having someone watch the pigeon holes. Other than that, solid venue.
