Beautiful clothes, excellent friendly assistance from the lovely
ladies who really care about their customer.

Everything about the shop was good. The clothes are amazing, bags and shoes were cool as well. The Deco Style is cool to. The staff was friendly and helpful and they have a cool radio station that you can download and listen to. Highly recommend going to have a look. Will be coming back for some of the dresses.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Jess today. She was helpful, honest and just a joy to have assist me today.
I was looking to grab a corset and she showed me how to properly get it on and how to maintain it. Throughout the entire shopping experience even though she was on her own and busy she was always polite and attentive to her customers.

Had maybe the nicest shopping experience in my life here tonight? Kitten has always been a "maybe one day" store for me, so I had really just popped in to browse & admire since I hadn't been in a while. I was offered help by Sarah, who told me they encouraged try-ons—I figured why not, I've always wondered what I'd look like in vintage fashions! The whole process felt genuine and warm; all the staff (& even the other customers in the fitting area) were so incredibly complimentary, encouraging, supportive, and body positive (which meant a lot to me on a bad body image day). I never felt pressured to buy anything or like I was being sold to. I felt very looked after and I really appreciated the genuine vibes and interactions with everyone, and I walked out of the store feeling lighter than air. Thanks so much to the beautiful crew at Kitten Chermside (especially the darling Sarah), you all made my night!

No words. The girls here are lovely and helped me come out of my shell. I can't describe in words the amount of positive influence they have had on my life. Will always cherish them.

Everything from the quality of the clothes, to the staff to the attention to detail on absolutely every single thing. Even the bags had lace and fuzz on them! The tags had hand glued lace trimming and my receipt came in a cute pamphlet. The overall experience is so luxurious and worth every dollar. I can’t believe i kept walking past it for years

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE! I went in there recently to buy a coat as an early birthday present and the service from the Kittens there… BRILLIANT. Honestly one of the most positive shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The ladies there are brilliant and the clothes are wonderful. Narelle is so lovely, I almost cried. They gave me such an honest and lovely shopping experience and made me really feel like I had my needs catered to. I honestly love the range they have, want to look like a 50s housewife who just murdered her husband and inherited all his money? DONE. Want to look like you walked straight out of ‘interview with a vampire’? DONE. Plus the way that they cater to people of ALL sizes is amazing. FANTASTIC range of sizes for people with all body types. It’s such an amazing shop I love it. Once again would like to give Narelle a shout out for being the best person ever! And an amazing shopping clerk, love their service, personality and how they made the shop feel even more welcoming.

I have been to two of the Kitten D'amour stores many times with my partner over the years and the music is always too loud, you can barely hear people speak and now especially since covid with masks, I wish they would turn the music down to an acceptable level, not everyone likes loud music. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful though and the stores always look good.

Absolutely my favourite store, like ever! When I walk into the store I feel like I’m walking into a museum/art gallery/antique grandma’s house. It has so much character and personality and there is no other store with the same vavavoom style! And don’t get me started on the team of lovely ladies that know how to make you feel special and beautiful. It is always a treat going in store! If kitten d’amour is a book, I never want this story to end. And I’m sure their story has really only just started…

Bad experience at Kitten d amour. I’m a super fan of Kitten. However, this time my shopping experience at Kitten Chermside was awful. I walk in the chermside shop around 4: 30pm, I know the shop will be close at 5pm. I just quite run in to pick my dress. However, three staff were chatting at the counter and no one show their welcome to me. And I did pick a dress after I try 2-3. My shopping only use 5-10 mins. But at the counter, staff give me one cheap plastic bag instead of kitten logo bag. I have been to many shops of kitten, Brisbane city, indooroopilly, pacific fair. Staff all very warm and helpful. However, chermside I will never go again! Don’t tell me run out of Kitten logo bag, I was watching staff count it before I left.

Tash is amazing! She was super friendly and helpful when I came in the store today. Even spoke to my partner as she loaded me with things to try on. It's very hard at the moment to go into a store and leave feeling confident you usually come out feeling deflated and googling what diat to go on next. I can not thank Tash and the 2 other amazing ladies that were on today.
