Kirra Hill Community and Cultural Centre

Great location with a beautiful view of the coast, sunset was spectacular the only downside is the limited parking spots

I was amazed at how well presented and maintained this facility was - a former school converted to a community centre with the Old Queenslander style of architecture in tact. A credit to the local government and community for making this happen and preserving it

What an amazing community centre. We watched an art class in action and then wandered around an art show in the gallery area. Tha building is immaculate and the grounds are beautiful with astounding views out over the ocean. Well worth a visit just for the views.

The Kirra Hill community centre is a historical building set atop a hill overlooking the southern Gold Coast. The facilities are affordable and comfortable. A great location to hold a meeting, conference, wedding or art exhibition.

Only want to promote Council Services and organisations that benefit them financially. I asked to leave information for disability groups or put up a flyer and was told I could only do so if I was renting the facilities. So rate payers are paying to only allow the community to be told what the Council want said or what they make money from. SHAME

Amazing historic place so perfectly situated with sea views and great facilities. Venue manager is a joy to work with and really goes out of her way to ensure our needs are met. We have loved hosting our Cuban festival & Journey of the Drum Exhibition there and will return in a heartbeat.

We loved the history and restoration of the Kirra Hill Community and Cultural Centre. As an local Registered Training Organisation we know this location well. We highly recommend this hire space. The ocean views and clean space make it a pleasure to teach our courses here.

Stretch class, nice venue, best views north to the gold coast and south to Coolangatta. Take a coffee up to the hill and relax with awesome views.

Came here as it was the original site of Coolangatta school where my great aunt and uncle taught. Went inside to see the wee museum.lovely.and what an amazing spot!
