Great range of items to choose from, staff member was super nice and helpful with lots of advice, bought a collar the store owner made apparently and it's beautiful, fits perfectly.would recommend and buy from here again

On my visits to this remarkable establishment, Kinky Klosett not only has the best products in the retail division, the staff and management also offer superior customer service.
The Cinema is one of the most friendliest and relaxed atmosphere venues that Brisbane has to offer. The staff are very responsive to making you feel welcome and always happy to answer any queries you may have in a professional mannerism.

The owner is great. One particular staff member talks to you and looks at you like you just crawled in off the street. I suspect he’s spent too much time watching/posting on @brunswicktales and hasn’t learnt how to differentiate between people yet. Disappointing.

Everytime we have visited we have received exceptional service from the staff. Came to the store for assistance with something another store refused to help with but had no trouble with the gentleman that helped us this evening. Absolute legend and deserves a raise!

Simply the best adult store in Brisbane. Huge and diverse range of products. Very good prices, and customer service is second to none. The owner has truely excelled.

Reading the reviews and going into KK over many years I have always found the staff extraordinarily helpful polite and courteous. I have chatted to the owner on many occasions he is a first class gentleman who values the reputation of his business and what is more wants to keep it that way. I have read the negative reviews and I know that these individuals would have been banned from the premises for very very valid reasons. All patrons reading these reviews feel confident that you can attend KK and if hassled by other patrons and reported you will only be hassled once by them and that is they way it should be especially upstairs. Great strides have been made to make the nuisances not welcome and provided you are polite not pushy and respect other patrons you will always have a good time at KK, upstairs especially on busy nights or daytime too.

Ignore the negative reviews those leaving them obviously have an axe to grind, and it is just not my experience of KK at all.

@ Ralph sorry this happened to you, even after all Evidence provided and everyone standing by you that night, kk still band you from entry? This is crazy and absolutely a managerial problem because I was there that night and he did nothing wrong. In my opinion this is not fair at all and it make no Sense. Sometimes LOGAN thinks he own KK and so therefore he over reacts to little things am not in support of this judgment it’s really not fair even a warning would have been a bad idea talk more banding someone from something So little like this. This is a No No for me! Please KK I beg you to fix this. Ralph is your customer and should not have to put with this.

I Use to rate this people one of the best in the entire Queensland but not anymore, they seems to take pleasure in banning Client from their Cinemas even when all investigations prove your innocence and every testimony is in your favour. Poor management and injustice is what they believe in, what a shame.am Highly disappointed in them.

Very friendly staff and lovely owner. They are down to earth and actually care about their customers.

Having not been there for months. I was told tonight. I was told tonight I was banned with no reason given.poor management.

The management is racist, I have visited this place recently and the lady at the reception told that its a private club and I am not allowed. No where on their site says its private club, the receptionist very rude and racist

The owner and staff are always in the top 5 stars, always striving for excellence in customer satisfaction, very approachable and knowledgeable of all their products. I have always felt comfortable shopping here, and the owner "C" and Staff "M" and "L" (yeah you guys know who you are) are absolute super stars and deserve an award in customer excellence!

Top staff and products, always helpfull and such a pleasure to visit. Great selection and value of toys, outfits, costumes and boots. Adult cinema upstairs nicely air conditioning and comfortable and nice people attending

The kinky closet is a great place to have fun. I have been many times and find the staff very friendly and helpful and professional. Upstairs is great fun and is also very professional. Looking forward to going there soon again.

The Kinky klossett is super fun! I had never been inside an adult shop so full of stock with such cheap prices.crazy cheap prices!

Also the adult Cinema is Awesome fun. I had never been in one until I went to the Kk, the guys and girls were super lovely and the whole vibe in the store and cinema is great

This store is staffed by the most knowledgeable and professional people I've come across. Each and every time I visit this store I am amazed at how welcome I am made to feel. The venue is always meticulously clean and tidy and the choice of products is amazing. I have never experienced any judgement in regards to the products I buy or to any questions I may have regarding my sexual activities. Marissa in particular, is an absolute pleasure to talk to and her positive energy absolutely infectious!

I have been coming to this venue for a longtime, Everything Adult now Kinky Klosett. I have always felt welcomed with no judgement. Marissa has, and is aways friendly, willing to assist, knowledgable and approachable. On observing her work ethic she is always friendly to who ever comes in to the store and in the Valley, this is to all walks of life and diversity. The venue changes are positive and refreshing.
