14Very friendly. They treat you as a customer not a number. You need to wait for them to finish with the customer before they give you their undivided attention. I don't mean this in a bad way, I mean when they are serving you, it's like you're the only thing they are thinking about. I love that. Old fashioned service. Their prices are the best around, too.
Found a shirt I loved & placed my order online, arrived quick & I was smiling from ear to ear finding the handwritten note within the package on the invoice, its the little things that make these small business' worthy of our support, keeping customers feeling like humans, not 'just another order' & buying from Australian owned store. I found Cody at KRS very helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted to replace and upgrade our water tank house pumps. Down side have to wait 4 weeks for pumps. Due to delay with the supplier.
