Kingston Park Raceway reviews
79Had a great night out at kingston park raceway, big Thank you to the crew and especially Tom for exceptional counter service throughout the night.
One massive thank you to Douglas for making our day the best it could be. Great service with a smile
Great setup and well marshalled professional setup.
Morning racing is a must before it gets too hot.
Bit expensive for me, ticket, water, gloves and mask to protect your neck against the sun.
Had the best first experience driving go-carts! The staff were friendly and helpful. The course we did was quite short, but good to learn on. So much fun, we'll definitely be back to try the other course!
Booking system set up so you are guaranteed to start racing at your booked time and complete your session in a timely manner.
Track good size and karts well set up.
Great day.
Quite pricey! You start with a 5 minute video About 5 mins/4 laps give or take of racing then a 6 minute break to let the other group drive. You get about 4 drives in total also got $10 dollar play cards for the kids to do in-between drives but if you leave you may miss a drive. We had to get the play cards checked as some were not working. They have bbqs and can reserve tables if needed. Kids had a good time.
What a shame this place has turned into a “c grade experience”. 4 years we have been coming to the Father’s Day cup as a large group but not again… Pay for 10 mins of racing but we timed them and they were under 8 mins everytime.
Bunch of 20 year olds race marshals on a power trip who know nothing about racing, they slow you down to make themselves feel important! What a fall from grace from what it use to be!
Bring back the old fella who had common sense as race marshal and give everyone the time they paid for!
Do better!

Responding to their reply… during the whole 2 hours at your facility no one approached us to advise of any injuries cause, what a blatant lie… also, I notice you didn’t address the time issue
Went to check it out, but wasn’t just yet prepared to give it a go. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when we asked for prices and rules.
Amazing customer service, doug was amazing helped me with heaps of stuff, doug is the man!
Great fun, good track - Marshall's really reasonable and safe, also helpful with tips and pointers. I'm pretty sure no kart will ever be fast enough, so I've got no complaints, thanks team
Great staff, nice tidy venue and great track but the karts are in need of some serious maintenance. Having been regularly for work functions and Friday Night Challenge events, the probability of getting a non-competitive and/or inadequate kart is getting higher. I feel that if the upkeep of the karts was prioritised I would have no hesitation in recommending this venue to anybody. I hope this feedback was constructive.
Customer service from the girls at the counter when we arrived was really poor. This was our first visit and they made the experience awkward. The guy who was running the race and the track was really good. Overall not a bad place
Profiteering from balaclava sales as masks are mandatory in QLD currently as part of our covid-19 restrictions. I was unable to wear my certified mask, under my personal helmet, but instead had to wear a Kingston Park Raceway branded, single layer, almost zero viral protection money grab item.
We came down for our first Friday night race challenge. Was a really fun night after getting a hang of the track. The Schumacher carts were quick. Felt it on the forearms afterwards and the hands for holding on so much around the corners. Some carts were better then others so depending if you got a good cart it wouldn't shake as much as others. There was a gaming area to relax in between races. Great value for money and the staff were great also. Will be back to try again.
Place is so disorganised. Outdated booking systems - why HVe physical cards when you can just search members name on a computer? Why take so long just for this.
Also track Marshall was rude and on a trip.
Literally kept going on all day “I’m all about safety, safety guys, my track is about safety”
Yet didn’t care about safety when one of your employees tried to fight a member of our group because your cart accelerator got stuck on in pit lane and his personal cart was hit, what about the safety there!
Never again.
I took my 10yr old and his mate to Kingston for his first experience of go karting. He crashed in his first race and didn't want to do his remaining 3 races. Lance convinced him to go out on the double with him and then allowed me to take him on the double for his last 2 races.
I can't express my gratitude towards Lance and the whole team. What could have been a disaster, turned into a great day for him.
Thank you Lance and the team.
The karting is fun but the staff there are REALLY RUDE AND IMPATIENT. They just yelled at one person of my group who was the first time to drive kart but didn't explain what she did wrong. If you want to try karting for the first time, definitely not recommend.
Track design is good, just too bumpy even after "rebuilt", Karts are old. Nice staff. Overall, good place to have some fun, but if you wish to have serious kart racing experience, go the "Xtreme Karting" track in Pimpama.
Awesome day. At first I wasn't into it, dragged there for a work event. Driving to just survive like a grandmother. All the young ones driving like they had a death wish. However, by race four I was showing the track who was king and really enjoying the experience. So this isn't something I would have done, it is now something I want to do again.
