Good variety of products. Staff members Khael and Damian were very helpful in me getting products I needed.

It was a great experience as usual. Very friendly staff and a huge variety of decor ideas as well as the normal hardware store items. I highly recommend. Also check out the range of healthy plants

What can you say, it's a hardware store. Well the cafe is a hidden gem and I would head out there if you want something basic but desent to eat. Easy parking a short drive out of Kingaroy. My BLT with egg was great, but gave some away as too much; the basic ham cheese and pinapple toaste had my friend drooling. Truly though the hand made vanilla slice would be envied by any pastry chef, we ate half each to avoid death by indulgence.

Staff were helpful and friendly and I got what I went for without any problems. Highly recommended.

I haven't been too a Mitre 10 for over 20 years, so going in here was like a New Experience again.
Ample Parking, got right near the door as it was Yes. Raining.and straight into a Beautiful Food Smell Wofting in with A "Hello How You Doing Today" Greeting from a Lovely Happy Lady on the Register.and Stomach Now Grumbling
Now Ok. Having In Mind what I was Looking for, and I'm A Girl who was taught too Improvise and Definitely think outside the Square with Problem Solving, and Not Being Deterred with the "NO SORRY ANSWER" I received, and "We Don't Have Anything Like That", Wasn't Happy at All with that Responce, Decided too take matters into my Own hands And I Wanted Too Go See and Look around and not Head Out the Door With My Money Still in Hand, I WANTED HELP and See All my options, so off I went too The Said Aisle.
Within 2 mins, I Put my Hands on Exactly what I Wanted, and what was Needed to Solve a Very Big Problem in The DIY Industry.
Letting A Customer Feel Welcomed, Letting Them Browse, and Then Offer Help if they Need It, Sure Does Have A Big Ring To that, with a lot too be Said in that Statement, rather than Customers Walking out the Door and A. Not Spending a Cracker, and B Wanting too Return due too Great Customer Service?

Great little Cafe, had to wait a little bit but the wait was well worth it as the meal was delicious, best Barramundi meal I've ever had!

Lovely young man helped us out in garden area with stakes and prices have to come back and get as my car too small. Gorgeous young lady on registers very friendly she helped my mum when buying bulbs. Her name is Megan i noticed she was very interacting with my mum.

Mitre 10 Kingaroy is looking amazing. The displays in all areas look fantastic. Beautiful home and garden wares. The plants are so healthy with a gorgeous range of pots. Well done everyone. Loved my visit this morning.

Has some very nice homeware items. Pretty stock for around the house and garden. A decent selection of tools etc. Some good bargains to be had.

Helpful friendly staff who go out of their way to satisfy enquiries. I actually had a staff member come up and ask if he could help, not like at a certain other big name hardware chain (beginning with " B ") where you have to walk the length and breadth of the complex just to find a shop assistant and then be told " I don't know ".
Good selection of products, competitive pricing and great customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer.
