I have never seen a team work go so well! Kind, courteous, professional staff that go the extra mile to get my complex problem with my phone fixed. If you want to leave apple phone and transfer to android, the staff here absolutely love to take on a challenge and succeed in a timely manner. I highly recommend going in! Very reasonably priced and service you don't get anywhere like this anywhere else anymore.

Very upsetting experience at King I. T. My nan went into the store to see if they could unblock her sick son’s number on her phone, as she is elderly she isn’t the best with technology and perhaps simple fixes. After a “diagnostics test” they are unsure whether there has been a solution and yet still charged her $100 (keeping in mind she is on a pension). A complete lack of humanity and simple kindness. Seems it’s a dog eat dog world and these guys love it.

Needed a very specific screw for a M. 2 SSD on my motherboard. I asked if they had any and the guy behind the desk gave me a few for free.

We received great service from the team at the sunshine plaza. They were very patient and helpful. Thanks guys:)

I had trouble with my Apple Pencil today and need a bit of a repair, the guy at King IT was absolutely fantastic.

Daughter took her iphone x in for screen replacement. Was quoted $199. They said there may be extra charges for battery battery etc if needed.called half hour later and they said it’s not actually an x but an xs so it would cost $400! I did some research through other stores and no one else charged so much extra, not even the Apple Store. Went with daughter to pick it up after repair because I knew it wasn’t right to be over charged like that. They then said “oops you’re right it’s not an xs but an x”. But would still have to charge $300 because they had to solder the screen in. I was too overwhelmed to keep arguing so paid the money and left. I didn’t buy a screen I paid for screen replacement which should include the soldering. I should have read reviews on this store first. Avoid the maroochydore store at all costs.

Lies lies lies! I was quoted a price for a screen replacement but then doubled the price when I picked it up! I argued the point ant which point he said he was sorry he made a mistake so he changed the price a little. Originally quoted $200, then he tried charging me $400 but then after arguing with him he dropped it back to $300 saying he made a mistake! I had to argue with 2 guys! Highly advise not to shop there!

I had a publishing deadline but a software failure in my PC. Kobi at King IT at Maroochydore had a quick look and intimated that he could probably fix the issue in a few minutes…. And he did. He also offered me some advice on upgrading some of my hardware, then then didn’t charge me a cent, all done with a friendly, helpful attitude. Had a fabulous informative experience at King IT today. Kobi assisted me for well in excess of my allotted time for computer knowledge. Patience personified. Robert then spent nearly an hour on my IPad solving a few problems. I found this experience quite incredible. They were short staffed yet still did everything they could to assist me. Would highly recommend this business to anyone needing computer advice or purchasing a new computer. Makes Apple service look pitiful.

I had a problem with my phone that I could not fix so I went to King I. T where Isaac helped me, he was absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful and was able to fix my problem, I can’t recommend the store enough they were absolutely brilliant!

I dropped in to buy a new case for my new iPhone, Aaron was very helpful in the different offers available and was half the price of the other case booths in the area.
Offering great service and value. Then he also helped me with the issue I was having with my old iPhone at no charge.
Now I can give that to a friend.

My laptop was having trouble charging. They charged me $99 to tell me that they couldn't fix it and I could buy a second hand computer from them for $900. What a rip-off.
