Kindy Patch Springfield 1

HORRID! Removed our child pretty soon after going. They have never been so sick. It makes me question the cleanliness of the Centre. The app and communication are woeful, not to mention the Director. Overpromised in our tour. Don’t believe the fake reviews! Our tiny child was treated like just a number. AVOID

I drive 45mins each way for my children to attend this centre. I have looked into closer centres but nowhere matches in the quality of care the Educators here have. They can tell me everything about my child's day, they delight in special moments and tell me all the funny sweet moments they saw and have beautiful rooms. I was so nervous to put my baby in care, but the educators rocked her to sleep, cuddled her and made her feel loved- now she jumps into their arms each morning! My older child is still learning to speak so the educators learned Auslan to speak with him! They took the time to learn all about him so he could enjoy and participate in the program even though he is still learning to communicate. This centre is incredible.from the really lovely centre manager and assistant centre manager that smile and greet us in the morning to the hard working and loving educators on the floor with our children. I wouldn't put my children anywhere else.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. This kindy is probably the best kindy I have ever been to or heard about. The staff are so great with the kids and they are all so kind and caring. They are so great to the parents as well as the children too. Even though everyone here is amazing I’d like to give a shout out to Bec, Jasmine and Clair, these staff members go above and beyond for all children in their care as well as their parents. Will recommend them to absolutely everyone. Keep up the amazing job ladies. We would be lost without you!

We first started using Kindy Patch 8 years ago and now are back with the same wonderful care.

We have been apart of the center for 2years, and our child absolutely loves it, loves his friends & the teachers are all lovely.

My 2 kids have been in Kindypatch and happy there. My son was really shy and not talking to anyone at the start but the educators there have provided much love and care to help him open up and come out of his shell. I can see big improvements from him since he attended the center. Office staff has been also helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure parents' concerns are addressed thoroughly.

The best.period! I am very happy with the level of care and service provided here. They have been very understanding since day one. I am not saying that we never had any concerns (as parents, you always have concerns no matter what) but they way the concerns were handled was absolutely fantastic. We were quite concerned with how the pandemic would impact the well being of our child in the centre but the centre has been very good. They have always communicated in a timely manner and addressed our concerns. They never rushed and ensured that we were at ease when leaving our little one in their care. Their educators/ early carers like Miss. Jillian, Miss. Katherine, Miss. Subani, Miss. Monica, and others have at numerous times gone above and beyond our expectations. Miss. Bek and Miss. Danae have also been absolutely phenomenal in ensuring best care, timely communication and have represented the Kindy Patch brand really well.

As a parent, I expect my child to be looked after like I would. The team in the centre gives me confidence that my child is in good hands. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes in order to ensure genuine care.and your team is doing it really well.

My 2yr has only just started and I know I've made the right choice she is such a happy little girl from drop off to pick up

Well presented centre with amazing n very caring staff. My child had lovely memories with staff and kids.

Our son thrived at Kindy Patch, and he really developed a great bond with his educators. He went 5 days a week and over a 6 month period, he was only sick once. It is an extremely clean centre, all staff are amazing and felt like family. If it wasnt for moving, we would still be there. Thanks to all at Kindy Patch

My daughter has been at Kindy patch 1 since she was 9 months old. We have loved the centre since. She is very well looked after and loved by the educators. All the staff are amazing and helpful and puts my mind at ease knowing she’s safe and happy at daycare! Would definitely recommend Kindy Patch 1 to anyone!

We have had all 3 of our kids at Kindy Patch 2. The educators are absolutely amazing and it really feels like a family there.

We love Kindy Patch Springfield 1. My daughter has attended since she was 12 months old. All the staff are friendly and they all have a great relationship with my daughter. They care about my input as a parent and include parents all the time. They provide amazing care and learning experiences and also do alot of family day activities which is great! So glad we found kindy patch 1!

I would highly recommend this child care centre. The staff are wonderful, they always try to find the unique approach for your child. I love the regular photo updates.

My 2 little girls have both been at Kindy Patch 1 now for almost 2 years.
The staff there are amazing and you can tell they love their job. The center always has amazing nutritious food and I love being updated daily with photos and learning stories about what they have done during the day.
Their rooms/programs are always so organised and both my girls have grown so much since going to Kindy Patch 1. I highly recommend this center if you are looking for the best start for your little one/s.:)
