Absolutely unprofessional and have no idea how to address any issues within staffing or with the needs of the children at the centre.
If you want your child's half nude photos all over their communication platform and your child traumatised, this is the centre for it. This was under the new management.
Yes, we used this centre a year and a half ago but the issue raised were never resolved.

I highly recommend Kindy Patch Grovely to anyone looking to put their child into care. My son started in the nursery room towards the end of 2022 and we have had nothing but a fantastic experience. The ladies throughout the entire centre are friendly, caring and have a great sense of humour. It's reassuring to see what he gets up to throughout the day with daily updates of their activities. Mystique and her team go above and beyond! Thank you KPG!

My son has been attending KPG since March 2023 and we have had a great experience so far! The Centre Manager Mystique is super friendly, caring and very approachable. All educators are super friendly, warm and welcoming. The educators in the Nursery are Amazing! I feel very comfortable leaving my little one in their care! I love the updates, stories and photos that are shared daily, they go above and beyond with the activities. Very happy and looking forward to watching my son grow, learn and have fun with the team at KPG.

Our children have been attending Kindy Patch for several years now and we find the centre very inviting and friendly. All the educators know every child's name and approach them with a caring nature. The activities are engaging and educational, my children enjoy going to daycare each week. We feel reassured that our children are happy and safe.

We have been looking around for a day care for our 18 month old and have checked out quite a few centres. Kindy Patch certainly shone above the rest that we had seen. The staff clearly love being with the kids and are focussed on connection rather than correction. There is a friendly relaxed atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome. Plenty of fun activities for the kids and a great staff/ kid ratio. Highly recommend this day care

We have had an amazing experience so far. My son is very well looked after in the nursery and the communication we receive is great. Mystique is so welcoming. Couldn’t fault.

My children have been attending Kindy Patch for the last year and my experience has been fantastic. The staff members are so trustworthy, respectful and caring which is evidenced by how my daughter goes on and on about how much she loves the educators.
I want to make special mention about Mystique, the centre manager, who truly goes out of her way to look after me and my children. She never hesitates to pick up the phone for a chat and is so honest and genuine. I am really confused by the other random review below. There is no way it’s true. When I leave I know my children are in the best care. I can tell by the way they are when I bring them home! If you are considering Kindy Patch, please book in for a tour, they will greet you with a smile even if it’s a busy day. 10 stars!

I had booked a tour online that unfortunately hadn’t come through to the centre. The Director did NOT handle this well. She was rude, uninviting and continued to remind us how much of an inconvenience it was. She pulled another staff member off her lunch break to give us a tour. I ended the tour prematurely and said to the staff member that the first impression was so poor that we wouldn’t send our child here. I thought if that’s the way the Director acts when parents are around, how does she act once we are gone!

We have been going to KPG since late 2019 with our 2 kids. It's a nice size centre so not to big and has a family feel where everyone knows you and your children. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and have an invested interest in caring for our kids. They have grown so much in this environment and sometimes never want to come home! I know that when we are working it's one less thing to worry about as we completely trust them in the care of the wonderful staff at KPG.

Our son recently graduated from Kindy Patch after over 3 years at the centre and it has been the best centre for our family. It is evident the team at Kindy Patch really care about the well being and development of each individual child.

We were impressed with every staff member - particularly how they went above and beyond for families during uncertain Covid times. We were made to feel welcome from day one, which as we don't have any immediate family support in the area, was invaluable to us. The team always had time to update me on my child's progress when asked and offered suggestions on what we could do at home to further his education. Any issues we had were quickly and professionally addressed, although I cant say we really had any.

Our son is now a confident, happy and well adjusted kid who is ready and excited for school. He has come ahead in leaps and bounds in terms of confidence and social skills. He responded especially well to the Kindy program, with a range of extra-curricular activities and excursions.

We will really miss the centre and the team, now we are moving on. They are amazing, professional educators who really care about the kids and their families. I cannot recommend them highly enough and hope that we will be able to use their services again in the future.

Our two children have both been going to Kindy Patch since they were babies. We LOVE the outdoor play area which has an open nature-y feel and we LOVE the staff, so warm and friendly and they really care about our kids which is so reassuring. Have recommended this centre to numerous other mums who happily take their kids to Kindy Patch Grovely as well. 5 stars.

My daughter has been attending Kindy Patch for around 2 years, and I have been so happy with the level of care provided. All of the staff go above and beyond. Can not fault this centre! Highly recommend!

We have been involved with this daycare centre for seven years, through three children and are constantly impressed with the high standard of care and education our kids receive.

The core staff have remained mostly constant throughout our time and our kids love all the educators and all thoroughly enjoy coming here.

We would and do recommend to others for their children's care. We've got another year and a half here with our youngest and will be very sad to finish up!

Great Kindy, my daughter has attended the Centre for the last 3 years and she has thrived. Recently my son has started attending and he is loving it too.
Many of the staff have been there for a long time, this was some thing that I was looking for, as I wanted stability for my children.
My children are definitely loved by all the girls and makes me feel very confident leaving them in their care while I am at work.
The Centre puts on lots of extra activities that my children love, dress up days are a favourite.
Nothing is ever an issue and they accommodate any request.

My Son has been at KPG since he was a baby. My son loves going to kindy and I know he is being taken care of for all his learning and developmental needs. The staff are easy to talk to regarding any needs and concerns and have open communication. All the staff are friendly, warm, welcoming, and fun. Most staff have been there for 5 plus years so I have no worries in changes in staff to often for my son to form attachment and feel secure with them. Mystique in the office is fantastic and couldn’t recommend her or any of the staff at KPG high enough.

Our 2 kids are loving their time at KPG and so are we as parents knowing they're having loads of fun and learning. The workers are incredibly welcoming of both the parents and kids every day! Their quality of care for all the children can not be faulted. Would highly recommend:)

Kindy Patch Grovely has been a wonderful environment for my children to attend. The care, support, compassion and love they have provided to my children has been amazing. A number of the educators have been there for a long time, have knowledge, experience, are wonderful to interact with, and it’s also nice to be greeted by name at drop off or pick up! The staff have been there for my children when I have been unable. They go above and beyond with the activities for the children, and from the smiles on the children's faces - you know they have fun and enjoy their days!

We have been at Kindy Patch for 2 years now. The staff are very caring and I know my children are in a safe and fun place. They love daycare days and have both created strong bonds with the educators, and their friends. It’s a small centre which means it has a family feel to it with all the educators knowing the children’s names and greeting them each morning/saying goodbye each day.

They often have fun and exciting themed days and their holiday programs are always filled with new ideas to entertain and educate the kids. Everything from superhero days to multicultural celebrations.

There are constant updates and pictures during the day through their app and I feel confident to speak to the staff about anything. Would highly recommend!

This was the first daycare my daughter ever attended. She has been going for over a year now, for 5 days a week and let me tell you the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are lovely, the quality of care is fantastic, communication is efficient and the food provided is always healthy and varied.
My daughter has flourished during her time here and developed amazing social skills & learnt so so much.

Our two kids loved their time at kindy patch Grovely, as did we as parents knowing they were safe happy and learning. When we made the decision to send our kids to KPG, I was impressed at how many of the team members had been there for a number of years, which to me showed there would be stability for our kids and a group of educators who enjoyed their work and work environment. It was clear throughout the years that the kids were having a great time, smooth drop off, always something exciting on and lots to tell us when they came home about their day and all the fun things they did. We found communication between parents and staff was efficient and easy for us. We have made some good friends through the centre and are in touch still although the kids are now at primary school. From our experience I’d recommend KPG as it helped our kids become ready for the next stage of their education
