Great shopping experience staff member was helpful and attentive to my husband and I. Great to see staff who enjoy what they do.

Beautiful stationary making for the most decadent office or a unique gift. Some of their sales are hard to beat for quality. Only downside is general price is up there, but there isn't much like this around for stationary in regards to style and variety. Staff member was great at sales and knew product very well.

Nice amd clean store. Sharon has really really excellent customer service. She explained very well and gave more ideas about products. I Would like to visit again and recommend others to visit this shop. Thank you sharon.

Great sale in store at the moment! I was greeted at the door by a lovely young man who explained the store promotion and pulled out some great products that were reduced to $3! What a bargain! I had no intentions to buy anything when I walked in, just looking to browse really, but the young sales assistant showed me where to look to find the great deals and I ended up buying so many cute note books. Excellent customer service from that young man, It’s experiences like this that encourage customers to come back! Well done Chermside team!

Maybe update your business hours. Just wasted 40 minutes driving to your store because it says it's open

Recently visited the chermside store. The staff were nothing but friendly and welcoming. Very helpful, nice atmosphere

Had a sign on the window that said free embossing if you spend $50. I spent 50 then asked the lady at the till about the offer to which she just looked at me like I was lying then ignored my comment even after I pointed out there was a sign in the window.

I then showed another staff member the sign who took it down and said ohh sorry this promotion is old even though she is legally obligated to honour the deal.

Terrible service from both representatives, don’t shop here

I decided to stop at little Kikki.k pop up store at chermside 2nd level last night and I found one of the most arrogant and rude customer service people I have ever come across.
This girl had no idea what customer service meant, she was very condescending and impertinent and completely out of line. Once I asked for her name she denied it and decided to respond: "Ugh. I don't have time for this".
Kikki. K please make sure when you hire staff you are choosing the right people as this persons are the face of your company and because of their incompetence the company will loose a whole lot of business you have already lost a faithfull one.
