Had a very bad costumer experience today in this store.
Went to buy a present, the store was empty and the two young staff members were very busy talking to each other.
I had a few questions that they didn’t seemed happy to stop their conversation to answer me. Short answer, no smile, didn’t feel welcomed at all.if I had more time to buy what I needed I would have gone to another store.

We went to get few items and we didn’t get any help from no one.
Two workers on the shop talking to each other and the customer just walking around.
So sad about that

Appalling customer service. Not one of the three staff members working greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. The wedding one had attended was more important then providing customer service.

Today I had the best customer service experience ive ever had.
‘Nicole’ welcomed my 4year old girl& I warmly in the store and she even setup a little colouring station for my girl to help me to browse around the store easy in mind.
Shopping with kids can often be pretty stressful but because of Nicole’s thoughtful service, we had such a wonderful time shopping there! Thank you!

I have been trying to get in touch with Kikki K support team for months via website, email, messenger and Facebook comment with no response. I visited the Mount Gravatt store & the lady was very helpful & so lovely. Within a couple of days the support team got in touch and have resolved my issue.

Visited the store on Saturday 29 May 2021 and was highly impressed by Nicole's customer service. Not only did she do a great job customizing a gift but she also accommodated multiple items to be wrapped. Coming into this store you feel welcomed and you're given one-on-one service. Highly recommend this store and in particular Nicole.

Kikki. K brand is amazing. Thank you for creating journals and books to help and guide people. Lovely customer service here too in Garden City Westfield. Keep it up! Keep bringing joy and happiness to as many people as you can ️

The staff members working here today (20/10/20) were attentive, polite, and friendly She made my shopping experience great!

Went into the store today and received the best customer service. There were two women working in store and both were incredibly helpful. One of the women listened carefully to what I was after and made recommendations that were suited to what I was looking for. She also gave tips on how to use the goals journal I bought and at the end of the transaction, she wished me luck with achieving my goals and said to come back if I ever need help or inspiration. Unfortunately her name did not print on my receipt, but I have not had such genuine customer service before - thank you!

Many years of shopping in this store and have had the best experience ever this time round- could even say best shopping experience ever! Was looking at cards and the lovely Amy greeted me, all smiles, incredible energy and informing me of all the discounts. She was not shy about it too! Letting me know there was 25% store wide, showing me the 50% tables, letting me know offers with pens, grabbing brand new stock, she was just really helpful and made me feel very at home and welcome. I was able to take my time, Hanora was also really lovely telling me about their new style/range of products coming out soon. Just lovely having people uplift and brighten your day great customer service really goes a long way. Thank you ladies!

I always love walking in and seeing what's new and exciting! But, the prices of some items make me not want to buy anything. Window shopping for me.

Beautiful! My first time in this place the girls were helpful and polite told me extra info about workshops, little extra surprises thru the year which I love I can see me back in store very soon

Not cheap but definitely worth the rice
staff are also really helpful too

I shop at Kikki K from time to time, its quite pricey but good quality products. Friendly staff too.
