A lovely fresh store that has quite a wide range for a stationary store. While the products are a bit pricey for what they are, it's quite easy to create a cost-effective but thoughtful gift (the in house monogramming is a big plus).

I was served by two lovely girls, one was Tiff I think (she had pink-ish hair), she was great at suggesting relevant items to round out the presents I was getting. The other girl Lisa was very nice and easy to talk to.

All in all a pleasant experience

Expensive, service was awful & assumption that it was okay to round up my spend to the nearest dollar for charity. Maybe if your staff asked in a nicer way my answer would have been different

I have been a long term Kikki K lover but I always come back to Carindale for the exceptional customer service provided by the lovely team! Recently I came in for a browse but after Lisa showed me the new products I fell in love with the idea of creating a DIY recipe album that I can pass down to my kids. She really helped me out in choosing out the perfect album & I even got my daughter’s birthday gift sorted as well! Thank you so much Lisa for your patience & wonderful insight, the Kikki K team is blessed to have someone as wonderful as you on their team ️
