This store has a good range of oil and acrylic paints and a variety of other mediums. The prices are a bit on the high side but good quality and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Just had the best shopping experience at this store! I went in to buy a travel wallet, during my shopping I was greeted by Abbey the sales assistant who then went out of her way to make my shopping experience memorable. She was knowledgeable, helpful and throughly pleasant. She was so great I returned a couple of days later and purchased two more wallets, thanks Abbey.

I was trying to buy an agenda/ schedule and when I asked the lady she said that I had a language barrier and in Australia they say diary … so she didn’t help me and was very rude and racist to me. I felt bad and left the store but how can a seller can not understand the need of a buyer and be arrogant? That was around 9: 30 am 19/9/22 Monday

A great range of things that were organised so well! Each section had its own theme/colour. Staff asked for my feedback when I made my purchase. Good vibes in this place for sure!

No greeting from staff, just a look up and down and being followed around the store particularly by the older worker, despite being a regular customers. Disgusting ladies.

Kikki k has always been a favourite shop of mine to purchase gifts for my friends & family. I always find something for myself as well. The girls in there are really friendly and helpful in assisting with ideas or if you just want to have a browse, they'll leave you to it. Great place to pick up a Christmas present for anyone.

Kikki.k pacific fair is such a lovely store, everything is displayed neatly and very organised and you can see every product.
They always have such great sales!

I have fallen in love with the work shops they hold here! Even includes nibbles and gifts. Quality of the items for sale is beautiful.

Had a great experience at this store this morning. I love looking round Kikki K. I was served by Abbey who was lovely - very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I was also helped on the weekend by Sophie who was just as welcoming. I love the store layout and I love the products.

Awesome shop, as always. I'm only giving 4 stars because staff will keep checking on you every minute, offering different things while you're trying to browse and relax.
They're surely polite and helpful however being over the top actually makes you feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy what they want, not what you like.

No one will answer a problem with receiving emails. Stopped going to the store. 1star is to generious.

My daughter is real Kikki K fan and purchased me a lovely cup and saucer for Christmas. Unfortunately there was a tiny flaw on the rim. She hadn’t kept the docket and as the item was purchased a while back I wasn’t sure there would be a replacement available. I was greeted on entering the store by a very friendly staff member who was very quick to help and found me a replacement immediately without having to line up at the very busy checkout.
I have always found the staff of this store to very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work Kikki K. Beautiful products, beautiful people.

I was served by Jess at the Pacific Fair kikki k store recently. She was so friendly and helpful it made my day! I will definitely be returning and hopefully will be served by jess again!
