Was at Kidstuff yesterday - attended to by a very charming young man - XAVIER who was so pleasant and helpful - I had two ages to cover - one turning 1 - the other going on for 6 months. I know that with his assistance I have made great choices. THANK YOU XAVIER for your great Customer Service

I asked about a game and there was a very unprofessional shop assistant and she was more concerned with having her drink than selling.

We have shopped at this store for a couple of years now, always when we need gifts for our grand children. Olantha has served us each time we have been in which we are so very grateful for. She is incredibly knowledgeable around the educational benefits of the toys and has a knack for being able to pinpoint the perfect option from the brief that we give. Gift wrapping and the friendly cheerful environment is an added bonus. We don't go anywhere else for gifts but Kidstuff Chermside.

Love this store, great range for our three year old. Bought a wooden bbq and I was whinging about having another thing to build after a lot of Ikea furniture (just moved house). Jess kindly offered to build it for me and did a great job.
Staff there are always great.

If shopping in a store that has staff members crying, visually upset and complaining about the management is for you, then shop here. Personally, I have taken my business elsewhere. If what these poor girls were expressing from management is true, there is nothing fun about this store. Pay your staff you disgusting people - or employ some that are more professional and leave their problems at home.

I normally buy in store but made use of the recent sale to do my Xmas shopping online. The order arrived weeks later and with an incorrect item. I rang and they said I could go in store to exchange.

Unfortunately Chermside were out of stock but the AMAZING manager will collect my item from another store for me and I’ll collect from her next week. Such awesome service from a store which didn’t have the original sale. Ill always shop here direct from now on.

I always find what I'm looking for here, (and usually things I didn't know I was!) and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

One of the best toy shops around in Brisbane. I love the range in this shop. I specifically arranged permission to take plenty of photos so that you can see the great range of toys that this store has to offer.

What I love most about this store is that most of their toys have an educational slant to them.
The prices for most of the toys don’t seem unreasonable. Some toys may seem slightly more expensive but that’s because they are very high quality and usually designed with very specific educational outcomes in mind.

There is something for anyone’s budget at this shop and I imagine it would be the ultimate gift voucher choice for any child.

The age range of toys is from baby all the way to tweens, and maybe even teens. Plenty of craft or scientific or building experiments for older kids too.

The staff are always helpful and very friendly.
Please support this great store because we need it to be here at Chermside for many years to come and for families to enjoy.

A lovely store. Walking through the entrance is an nice experience. The rest of the store is filled with very good quality toy's.
