Kids House Early Learning Southport

I had an incredible experience with the care team at this child care center. The team is exceptional and always goes above and beyond to ensure that children feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I was impressed with the level of attention and care that the team provided, and it was clear that they truly love what they do. I highly recommend this child care center to any parents looking for a caring and nurturing environment for their children.

They take such great care of our boy, they are like a second family to us! The facilities are large, clean, filled with fresh air and packed to the rafters with things to entertain and teach the kids. My son is very happy there. The place just has a great feel about it, with birds and fish at the entrance, and even some friendly chickens out the back! Definitely recommend!

From the moment I walked into kids house in Southport I felt at ease, comfortable and part of the family. I left my girls with a tear which the service manager shared with me and re assured me with a photo sent to my phone within minutes of me leaving. The energy and sense of joy from educators on arrival and pick up is contagious to not only myself but my daughters to. Thank you kids house Southport!

All the staff are amazing. Very friendly and always helpful. The centre is absolutely wonderful. Love the daily updates and the photos. And just to name a few. Helen, Mandy, Beth, Ebony, BB, Emily. I appreciate everything you do for Harvey. We love you all

Lovely staff and made me feel very comfortable and assured with leaving my daughter in professional care.

Our kids 2 & 4 both attended for 8 weeks. The enrollment with Helen was simple and fast and they were able to accommodate to our ever changing schedules without any stress. The convenience of having kids swimming lessons next door made our lives so much easier, and my son had the opportunity to go swimming twice a week with his mates. He looked forward to his lessons every week and became confident in the water in such a short time. The teachers are all lovely and super caring. My daughter was obsessed with the color pink, and they even created a dedicated 'pink corner' for her. So amazing! Thank you so much for taking care of our children. We will hopefully be back in Australia soon!

I think the entire team does a wonderful job, I'm happy with my childs care and education experience and all that she enjoys and learns at the centre.

Has gone downhill massively
My son was crying every single day being dropped off they have no idea what is going on my son has now been at a new daycare for a few months & has not cried one day. All the really good staff left.

Also terrible carpark only a matter of time before a child is hit there I have witnessed 3 cars reverse into each other & my car was hit when someone was reversing out and they just drove off causing thousands of dollars worth of damage.

My daughter has been attending the daycare center since she was 10 months old.she is now 4. Not once have I had any concern. Her teachers have all been lovely and caring. Helen the Director is always so happy and positive and you leave with a smile every time. Highly recommend the centre for all families.

Both my children have attended and love the professional, friendly and fun educators and all the activities they get to do. Would highly recommend!

I have/ had all three of my children go through Kids House and I honestly couldn’t have imagined them going anywhere else. The facilities and activities that the centre provide for my children are second to none. Yes thats all amazing in itself but it’s not just those that make a childcare centre great- it’s the amazing staff. And Kids House is packed with THE most amazing, caring & fun educators. Especially when you’re greeted by Miss Helen’s beaming smile and bubbly personality- she is a little ray of sunshine! ️ Most of the staff have been there for years too; which in itself speaks volumes. But when you have kindy teachers who care for and love your children as much as we do and become part of your extended family, it’s just magical. My eldest is graduating this to go to start prep next year and I want to hold her back purely for my own selfish reasons! Because I really don’t want her to leave Kids House- I’m not ready to say goodbye yet!? The centre is amazing & I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough

My son has been attending Kidshouse Southport for 6 months now and he absolutely loves it! The Educators are all so caring and were very supportive of him and his needs while settling in to his new Kindy. Everyone is always so happy and welcoming. It's so nice to walk in and be greeted with a smile everyday. Can not thank everyone enough for their love and care of our little boy. It's also so great that he can do swimming lessons with his friends from Kindy! And we love the daily photos and updates we receive. Thank you

We have been so lucky to have such a wonderful experience with all of our Son’s educators. We have only ever been met with smiles and open arms. Drop offs can be hard at times but someone was always ready with open arms to give our Son a reassuring hug

Everyone’s passion and love for all the kids shines through! We can only hope he finds a bond at his new centre like he has with Miss Mandy, Miss Jess, Miss Kellie and Miss Sjirlie - he has been so lucky!

My almost 4 year old started here when he was exactly 6 weeks as I had to get back to work and from that day the team here made the transition an easy one. The educators have a positive outlook and it always seems like a happy environment whichever day or time I go for drop off or pick up. The team work with the swim school next door and do supervised collection for swimming lessons which is a god send for our busy work schedule. All the educators know my son whichever room they are from and my son absolutely adores them. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic place! They really look after our 2 kids. And they can even learn swimming during school hours!

Kids House Southport is such a fabulous centre! I can't recommend more highly! Honestly, I was a very nervous Mum using care for the first time in 2020 and I nervously enrolled my little one at this centre. I don't know why I was so worried - it's the best decision I've ever made! He loves coming to daycare and his little friends are so beautiful. The educators at the centre are simply brilliant - they know what I'm like, what my expectations are and support me as a first time Mum. Gosh it makes a difference! I know that we are going to be at this centre until he goes to Prep in a few years time, because it's just a wonderful place to be! Thank you to every single person at the centre - whether you cuddle my son, help him in his play, support his little outbursts while he learns what's right and not right, feeds him, changes his nappy, sings a song to help him sleep - each and every one of you make such an incredible difference to us. <3

Oh my goodness! What an amazing child care centre! Helen & Hannah and team - you all go above and beyond and I am eternally grateful! Such a vibrant, exciting place to learn with a team of educators who seem to all really enjoy working with each other to start with (which is hard to find these days, right?), genuinely LOVE the children and LOVE their job. You guys rock! Keep being awesome!

This is fantastic childcare centre.
All the staff are very friendly, they look after my son very well I think my son enjoying when he there. When I leave my son there I feel comfortable not to worry about him.
