Kids Capers Northgate

My grand children have been at the centre since 4 months of age. They are both very happy there. We can see how they have progressed socially and educationally from what they have learnt. Highly recommend Kids Capers

Such a caring centre with great Educators. They have made both our kids feel special and grow in confidence. Managers are approachable and very responsive.

When we first started in 2018 and we were so happy. Over 2 years we’ve seen 3 centre managers and about a 99% turn over in educators. No consistency for the kids.
I picked my daughter up early one day, I saw a little boy sitting on the floor crying holding his arm and no one was watching? It seems the kids pick up bad habits because there’s no supervision to stop all of these incidents happening.
They had suggested to get professional advice for my daughter. However the professional advisers advised to move centres.
It’s really disappointing.

We have had 2 children at Kids Capers Northgate since 2016. The educators we have had over the years have been nothing but amazing! The current centre manager has always gone above and beyond her duties and makes you feel so welcome.

I would highly recommend this centre. Our youngest child will head off to Prep in 2021, it will be a sad time to say goodbye.

My daughter is at kindy at Kids Capers and loves it. The class size and ratio of children to educators is small, allowing lots of individual attention to each child. I love receiving the many updates on what the kids are doing each day and all staff at the centre are friendly, professional and personable. Very happy with the service and highly recommend

We have three children enrolled at this centre currently and we absolutely love it. The staff are friendly, attentive and caring, in a relaxed and child-led educational environment. The centre manager fosters an excellent sense of community that it feel as soon as you walk in the door. Highly recommend this centre!

Couldn't be happier! My child has very strict dietary needs - kc northgate set up a meeting with the chef (yes, actual qualified chef) and my child has never been in better care. The educators go above and beyond to keep me informed of my child's diet throughout the day and as a parent, that's so reassuring. The team are fantastic, led by a brilliant and enthusiastic management crew. Educators that work as a true team to support each other which supports the children. Couldn't ask for more

As a first time mum, sending my baby girl to daycare was always going to be daunting. From the moment I spoke with Katie (the centre director) on the phone, she was warm and friendly, and made us feel right at home. Fast forward to now, we have been part of the Kids Capers Northgate family for 6 months, and our girl is thriving! She has made really good relationships with her educators and friends within her class. Thank you Kids Capers Northgate!

The educators at Kids Capers Northgate are professional, warm and enthusiastic. I’m consistently impressed with the educational activities they provide for the children. The educators really take the time to bond with the children and as a parent I feel confident that my child is having fun and learning. The facilities and food are also fantastic. The sense of community is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this centre:)

We have had our son enrolled at the centre since he was 8 months old and we couldnt be happier with his growth and progress. The staff have been amazing with helping him transition through different stages, they have always been open with their communication and have worked with us to help him develop over the year that he has been enrolled. All the staff are really helpful and we feel so comfortable leaving him in their care every day. The centre feels like family with how warm and welcoming they are each and every day.

Feel so lucky to be part of the Kids Capers community. A great centre with beautiful, modern facilities and a wide variety of spaces to take part in play based learning. You can tell the team are passionate about their work and the children in their care. They go above and beyond on a daily basis to help you and your children feel supported. You couldn’t ask for a better centre manager than Katie. She knows all the kids, all the parents and will do anything she can to help your family. Some fun things we’ve enjoyed this year have been excursions (even the babies!), the introduction of a bee hive, watching baby chickens hatch and weekly soccer lessons. We’ve been here since the centre opened and it honestly continues to grow and get better every year.
