KFC Park Ridge

Food was ok. Staff arguing with each other. Floors were a mess, table greasy and cluttered with rubbish

6 times in a row, hot food, fresh and crispy. Great staff, friendly and professional. We have been to many different kfc stores and by far this has been the best to date!

Ordered through menulog, 3 large chips warm but raw, 18 nuggets missing. Called them, they took no responsibility, said call menulog, they'll refund you - not the point

Entered the store, stood at the counter for nearly 15mins waiting for someone to serve me. 2 boys standing there like they at their parents place having a laugh. Pathetic staff!

Store wasn’t even busy.

A year or so ago I left negative feedback. This is my local store which I use more regularly than others.

Since then this store has definately turned itself around. It can still be very slow in drivethrough at times but the quality of the food and service has definately increased.

This mornings (04/06/2023) family meal was a 10 out 10 across the board. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the skin was pretty much falling off it, the chips were delicious and hot, as were the nuggets, potato & gravy.

I look forward to next time.

Kfc Park Ridge pat yourselves on the back and take a bow.

Ordered 10 wicked wings, only got 9.
I enjoyed it anyway.
But next time, please do the math.

Then a girl says over speaker
We don’t open for another 6 minutes
Doesn’t kfc open at 10am

Won’t return to park ridge kfc

I have complained several times about KFC parkridge, even talk to the manager, I said fix it up, it's still not fixed up, and the meal we had recently was not worth the money at all, and what size chickens are used, because the pieces of chicken we received must of come from a bantam chicken, being a smaller chicken, bread roll was stale

Not the worst KFC but certainly in the top 100 worst KFC. Let’s face it, KFC just doesn’t care about customers anymore, cost cutting is their go to policy. Cut the wages (their business model is to inadequately train the cheapest faction of the labor force ie.children.) Special shoutout to Trent for not ordering napkins to supplement the inadequate napkin/wipe/spoon packs. Perhaps Trent thinks we should wipe our “finger lick’n good” hands on the furniture as they seldom wipe them down anyway.

The tenders were the size of like my pinky finger and were undercooked. Otherwise, other food is decent

Check your receipts I spent $15 on card with receipt i check my bank account and was charged $20 the workers are ripping people off

Ordered from here on menu log, was missing part of my order. Filed through menu log and they refused to refund the money. Won't be using menu log or this KFC.

Worst chicken ever (if you could call it that) no meat over cooked if this is an example of things to come that will be the last for me

Our order was super hot and my wife's special order burger was perfect.

I'll travel further to come here rather than go to Browns plains store.
Great food and hot too

I didn't order a long wait but that's I received. Staff were curt and the nuggets weren't fully cooked. Looked at the other reviews and it's all starting to make sense this outlet shouldn't exist.

Absolutely ridiculous! You'll sit in the drive through for 15 minutes cause they refuse to park the cars when there's a 20 minute wait on chicken and then get lied to being told 'we were parking cars' if you were parking cars then why were we sat sit for 20minutes? !

Slowest KFC service through drive through even when it’s not busy. Almost always gets orders wrong.

So many time this store is so understaffed!

Placed order for pick up 30 mins ahead of time. And hadn’t been even started getting made.
Whoever owns this store should put more staff on. Or pay the staff more.
Last time I went I waited 20mins just to place an order. I left after people that ordered were waiting more then 30 mins. Come on. I’m sure KFC IS making ok money.
Whoever owns this store is a total muppet.
Take the franchise off them!

60 cars processed through the drivethrough, yet almost an hour later Im still waiting for my order instore and only 2 in front of me the whole time. Unacceptable and the worst takeaway customer service by far.
