KFC MacArthur Central Food Court

Disgusting and appalling. 10min wait for a simple online order, refused the drink included with my meal, the chicken was all gristle, and I had the pleasure of watching staff sweep food off the serving benches into serving boxes with their bare unwashed hands.

Tooo many people during lunch peak time
Both Food taste and chicken price still hold like before

Just bought 2 pieces of chicken at $3.45 each got two of the smallest centre breast that were small then the the palm of my hand and I have small female hands absolute rip off and now for nearly 2 months no frozen drinks making you buy more expensive can drinks this store is getting worse by the day

Very busy during lunch hour, took 10 minutes to get an order where everything was already available (no burgers just chicken pieces and chips).

Lunch is crowded But other than that, it's a little-known spot because it's empty! ️ However, please be careful as it closes in the evening

The asian female working at cashier has worst attitude. I was having hard time hearing her voice due and didn’t even said any single word after order. Worst experience everrr!

I luv KFC but MacArthur is the worse I ever been to I ordered a 3 piece box and waited 25 mins and then got home 2 find no chips or dinner roll wot a joke I also went there 2 weeks prior and ordered a stacker box witch was missing 3 wings I addressed these to staff and just and was laughed off!
WILL NEVER GO 2 MACARTHUR AGAIN!

Very disappointing. I know that we got there late but the fillets in the burgers were completely tasteless and dry. I think it would be in the interest of customers to stop selling old stock at a certain time of day. Normally I would not be too bothered but two of us ordered and both fillet burgers were under par. In fact, I would question whether what was served to us is in line with KFC policy. Very disappointed

I ate some bird and it was quite delectable if i say so myself. Alas, I shall endeavour to consume at least 1 bird a week to keep up with my new quota.

Staff are pretty switched on. Food is good and hot. Gets very busy in lunch time so the phone app is great to pre order.

Worst KFC ever had totally dried out. 7up was soda water. Potato gravy was only gravy.

This KFC is hands down the absolute best KFC store I've been to. The staff are friendly and efficient, the service time is amazingly fast, food is always fresh and you never have to wait long for your meal at all.

I can see why it's so well reviewed. Awesome job guys! I highly recommend this KFC store if you're looking for some quick and yummy takeaway.

I went to on Saturday 1.30pm this KFC. This staffs are terrible and needs training. I can't understand they come to working or relaxing.
And Don't order "The manager special menu"
Just rubbish and threw the bin.
Never like experienced before this branch. I am really disappointed it.

Hard is it to put a spoon in a bag for potato and gravey.also fill the chips up with fresh hot seasoned chips not cold over cooked under seasoned.and make sure there is ample lettuce and mayo on a basic burger. It helps the dry chicken slide down ones throat.

Was served a few days ago by a young girl Mystique, she was lovely and very friendly, i was a bit unsure on some menu items and she was more then happy to help me out Great service. Food was fresh. Will be back.

Mediocre food and terrible service.
I ordered and paid online, hoping to avoid a wait at lunch time. Arrived at the store 5 mins later and asked for my order at the counter. Counter guy said that he hadn't heard my name being called out, and that online orders don't show on the waiting list screen. Waited 15 mins until people who arrived and ordered after me had left. Went back to counter. Different guy said it wasn't in the system. He asked the manager, who just handed him a soggy KFC bag that contained my order. She didn't even turn to face me and just said over her shoulder "we called your name but you didn't come". I said that the counter guy said he hadn't heard my name being called, she replied "well he didn't ask us! ". She then turned her head around without further word, or even an apology.
Counter dude (who himself seemed embarrassed by the rudeness of the manager) suggested he get me some fresh chips, but I had to prompt for fresh chicken poppers too. Apparently the manager felt that I deserved to eat soggy food that I'd paid for because HER ordering system, and HER staff failed to deliver my food to me.
People like that shouldn't be able to hold down jobs in fast food if that's the level of disdain they're prepared to show their customers.
Chips were soggy (don't know how this is possible during a lunch rush). Poppers were tasty but not super crunchy.
I'll not be returning.

Chicken seemed old, stale and chewy. The fried chicken piece was way too small. Overall a poor experience.

The food that I received today (Tuesday Special KFC) doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Low quality food, freezing cold and small in size. Probably the worst food I got till the date in KFC store.
Won’t be back again.

Located inside MacArthur central next to JBHiFi and BigW. Neat and clean sitting area in food court. Gets busier between 12 to 2pm.
