And the time before that I ordered the same order we got 6 wings and 4 drumsticks, only two big pieces. Everton park KFC is so much better.

Very dirty KFC, toilets were absolutely disgusting, men's woman's and disabled toilets (had to take our daughter elsewhere to use the toilet down the road at Mc Donalds) staff didn't seem to care when informed. Chips we had were cold and soggy. Go elsewhere!

KFC need to teach manners as part of taking orders. I don’t know when “please and thank you” became redundant when dealing with customers. A customer is a customer, be it, online, drive through or at counter. The chicken was cooked exceptionally well.

Horrible service, the lady named vienne was so rude and was ignoring me. This is not the first time vienna has been rude.

Nice location and good thing is it's halal. Tuesday special is off the menu. Timings have become uncertain, most probably due to covid.

The kfc wasn't the greatest, the service I got from the kid that served me had some attitude. I spoke to the manager about the state of the toilets and nothing was done about it.

This was at 11.30am on Sunday morning mind you.

I love kfc but maccas just has the better standards about most things mentioned.

Very slow (35 min for an order), unclean dining room and parking lot. Have messed up my order multiple times. Do not recommend going here at all

This is a very friendly store with the only downside I think there tables could be cleaner bur then meal was fesh and hot

Went to drive through, gave me wrong order then asked me to turn around and go inside for a refund. Well, if it was your fault then why not refund on the spot? Why I have to waste my time turning around, parking and going inside to fix your mistake? All this why I have a crying baby! What a stress that was. Don't go there!

Just ordered a delivery! He couldn’t find my building? I can see the KFC from my kitchen window! I’m disabled and still had to go out on to the road to help him find the place! It’s only 200 Meters away!

Cold chips. Cold burger. I ate in. I also asked for 'extra salt' which apparently translated into 'no salt'. Pitiful. P.s. Your men's toilet at 8pm 29/11/21 was an absolute stinking disgrace.

I have had good and bad chicken from here but recently it has been amazing, hot, moist and fresh.

Ordered 60 pieces of Chicken. Everything was perfect and really appreciated the kind staff and how they dealt with the big order. Chicken was great too!

Best value KFC in Brisbane. Not tight on their portions or seasoning like some other KFC’s “no suburbs mentioned” other than inner western suburb

Good customer service have to check order for correct contence so I don't have to come back for missing product

Was bit disappointed today, coz the kFC texture was not crispy like it used to be. The colour was dark instead of golden brown. It seems like it was fried again. The service was great though but the quality was low.
