Food is decent when the orders actually right…every time we’ve ordered they read it back out to you and it’s right so you assume it’ll be in the bag when you get it at the next window.
Every time we’ve ordered so far (4x) we have ALWAYS received something missing. Not even a joke every time this far. Shouldn’t have to constantly have to sit in the drive through holding traffic up in line just to make sure they’ve given us the right order, actually starting to be a joke and would recommend going to another KFC if you want your actual meal.
Received our order just now and and lo and behold missing items-again. Wasn’t even a busy service inside or a line up in the drive through so I don’t understand why items are missing and 5+ people are standing around inside not checking what comes out.

a short brother there today at work is a very rude and irresponsible person who doesn't understand other people's time.
The food at this one is meh but the young staff always offer quick service definitely fast food
They made me take a leg in the 3 piece box. Which I always request I don't have. Only at this KFC I might add.
Update, just paid 3$ more for an order I didn't make as both the clerk taking the order and the on handing the food out, paraphrased the meal order, having no time to correct them or make an adjustment on something I wanted to change in the meal. Very cranky lady pushing the food order out this window barely pronouncing the food order.
The place is good they keep up very well if they get busy, however; u have no choice but to eat outside in their seated area if you would like to dine in.
The reconfigured store is the worst. All cramped in to order then go outside (no aircon) and eat your food in the heat and car fumes.
Horrible service, customers completely ignored. I get it was busy but having multiple staff look me straight in the eyes and not acknowledging me is beyond rude
If you want chicken cooked in OLD old this is the place for you.
Standards here has gone down hill.
Ordered online and received without the chips. Contacted delivery support (outsourced company) who only offered a refund for the item that was missing, no compensation, not even and offer to send missing chips in lieu of the refund. Just terrible service and attitude to customers
I requested my refund to weeks ago, since the KFC couldn’t process my order because their computer system was down.
I haven’t got the refund yet.
I feel that I got ripped off
The order system is stupid. We ordered and paid on the app, but there was no announcement for the unavailable food. When we came to pick up the staff just told us to get refund on the app and it had to take 5 days to get the money back. We were asked to get refund and reorder at another store by ourselves as if it was our fault. No apologies given either. Wasted so much of our time.
Staff aren't very polite. Seems like they don't really want to be there. The guy who took my order through the drive through was very hard to hear, couldn't really get what he was saying.
Got no paper towels, no spoon for the potato & gravy. How am I suppose to eat it without a spoon, how am I supposed to clean my hands?
Overall a pathetic display of customer service & satisfaction.
Good Restaurant, I believe the Counter service could be improved. Overall I was happy with my food
Due to Covid deliveries to all takeaway venues the prices have increased. No cheap Tuesday any longer. Seriously sad.

Walked in before an appointment at about 4.10pm today and wanted a drink. Got a snack slider as well as they looked appetising. And they were! So glad I ordered one.
The young guy who served me was quite friendly and was efficient. He got my drink for me straight away.
After my slider I thought “can’t have KFC without getting chips” so I went back in and ordered a small.
About 85% of them were fresh, hot and yummy. The remaining 15% were a little worse for wear. It turned out fine because I was getting full anyway.
This would have been a 4 star rating because of the quality of the chips. What made it a 4.5 was the server came out to change bin bags and offered a family who had just sat down to wipe their table, before they put any of their belongings or hands on it. Some fast food workers don’t ask before they wipe, they just invade their customers space, or wait to be asked. He took the time to ask, and had a cheery persona when he did. Well done mate.
Why I gave a 5 star rating is when I was eating my food I was listening to the staff on drive thru. The energy and enthusiasm in his voice is what I would want when ordering food in the car.
I’ll be back.
KFC Kangaroo point is a bit of a hit and miss kinda place, the long wait, delays are with the drive thru and the order taker being so slow, as after payment and drive around there is no cars infront the picking up the food is fast, so they need to fix the super slow drive thru situation, if they can do that this place would be great.
Greater was very pleasant in the drive thru and confirmed my order correctly. When at the pick up window my order handed to me very violently and the staff member didn’t confirm my order or even greet me. Alas my order was incorrect. Will suggest checking orders before driving away at this location.
