KFC Inala

Chicken was undercooked chips stale and half empty. I understand there can busy times but chicken should really be cooked properly. We could not eat what was provided.

Absoulte disgust at this KFC. Staff laughs at me because the frozen coke freezer was not working. And 9 piece chicken apparently does not exist any more

WORST KFC STORE EVER!

They always get the orders wrong. Never drive away without checking. In meal deals they either give you double the sauces or none at all.

Always run out of hot and spicy chicken and chicken in general which is pretty disappointing considering chicken is in the company's name Kentucky Fried what if no chicken? Buy more chicken and sell more chicken, it's not rocket science.

If you want the correct order then don't bother here. After incorrect order after incorrect order through Doordash we decided that we should just drive through and pick up our own order. Well that was a big fat waste of time. The last 5 orders have also been wrong. And what is worse is that your managers don't seem to care! You've lost our custom KFC Inala!

Ordered a zinger stacker box.sauce was al over the place.not given wicked wings.normal hot and spicy was raw in the middle.forgot my sauce.forgot to add that they forgot my spoon for the potato and gravy too

I drove into the drive throught and was made to wait 20 minutes for nothing because the efpos was down and then when I went into pay they forgot 3 sauces. Would probably come back if I was desperate enough for chicken.

The food absolutely sucks here, they can’t make a simple twister properly. I remember the early 2000 Inala kfc was the best place to eat, nowadays the chicken oily and over cooked. Annerley kfc is still good though. Recommend going there instead of Inala kfc.

Every time we come here the chicken is dry. We went through drive through tonight and the staff said they couldn’t do burgers because it was near closing time (it was 9: 30PM) then when we finally got our meals after waiting 10 minutes with no other cars in line they said it was for “fresh chips”. Chips came half filled, the twister had one tiny piece of chicken, the chicken in all three meals was dry. To top it off the girl taking the order was extremely rude.

Extremely slow service, prepare to wait 30-45 for a meal. Don’t prioritise small orders so if you want a drink or something small better of ordering from eBay.

This place needs a good shake up. I’ve been here a few times when short of time and without fail the food is awful.
I’m at a loss how this can be as chicken isn’t that hard to cook.
I live locally but I’m happy to drive past this place when I need my kfc fix and drive 20 minutes to kfc Annerley where the food is always perfect.

Absolute worst KFC that I have been to. Staff are incredibly rude and make you feel unwelcome whilst your there. Retrain the staff and management or close the store. So happy it's not my local.

Always untidy, long waiting response from the staff. And never wears gloves nor uses tongs, they directly hold the food items. When raised this concern about the hygiene, I got a response that there is no such rule in Australia.

My god. This place is a disaster for fast food. I have been in fast food for 25 yrs bit this place lacks badly in service, hustle, no management to lead but shift on auto pilot. Products are probably good but I waited in line for 15 mins but no greetgave up and went to Red roostergreet,

Finger licking good food in the restaurant. Pleasant experience but a creepy ambience in the restaurant because of the floor design and table layout. Best time to go there is in the morning.

Ok sometimes they're great but I remember 1 particular time the chicken was dripping with so much oil that it split the box open. I tell you we didn't eat there for a while after that.

THE STATE OF THE TABLES, BINS AND FLOORS WERE AN ABSOLUTE SES POOL OF RUBBISH AND FOOD AND DEBRIS

THERE WAS WATER POOLING FROM KITCHEN AREA OUT IN TO THE RESTAURANT AREA WHERE PEOPLE WERE QUEUING TO. PLACE ORDERS WITH NO ADEQUATE SIGNAGE OVER OR AT THE FRONT OF THE HAZARD

STAFF ABSOLTELY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND TAKE NO PRIDE IN HOW THEY PRESENT YOUR STORE TO THE PUBLIC

THE FOOD WAS BELLOW STANDARD, THE CHICKEN FULLY DRIED OUT AND VERY UNPLEASANT TO EAT

NO EYE CONTACT AND A SMIRK FROM THE KID BEHIND THE COUNTER, NO APOLOGY OFFERED FOR A 1 OUT 10 EXPERIENCE AS I VOICED MY DISSATISFACTION

NO PRIDE

It's okay, close to me so I frequent it, but to be honest almost every other KFC seems to be putting out higher quality food. Never had a good serve of chips from here (old oil, undercooked, cold etc.)

Worst restaurant I have ever been in. Waited 20 minutes for my food, Chips were half full. Had to ask for napkins. No greeting what so ever. Everyone was too busy talking than doing actual work.
