Just ordered zinger box and tender
Using the drive through charged $33 dollars for med zinger box and 4 tender what a ripoff will not be shopping here again rude staff what a joke delete my app no thanks

I wish i could give 0 stars. Went here 4th Nov 2023. Ordered on the screen because it says express. Turns it they do the orders at the counter before urs. There were 18 people waiting inside. 1 staff member serving and boxing up the food. Waited 32 minutes for food. By the time we got our food it was cold. When we finally got our food. All we got from the staff member was a rude look on her face and a have a nice day. Not one bit of sincerity or even a sorry for the wait. Worst kfc experience I have ever had.

CHECK CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING OFF! Never ever have I had so much food missing from my dinner orders. This has happened atleast 8 times by now. The only reasons for coming back to this store is the other store either burns your chicken or under cooks it. After going back tonight, I realised this is a game to the young boys at the back. And the young manager (male) you’re a complete and utter fool who would never amount to anything with this disgusting attitude toward paying customers.

So glad I won't feel the negative effects of fried chicken which include an increased risk of developing diabetes, heart disease and becoming obese in the future! And whom do I have to thank? The poor service of Mt Ommaney KFC! Please continue to make my experience horrible! Xoxo cash is king.

How hard is it to put the sauce in with the meals? Never get sauces even when specifically asking when ordering. Tenders dry, chips cold not worth the trouble going.

We ordered takeaway for tea at Mt Ommaney. When we got home we realised the drinks and large coleslaw were missing, all we got was the chicken, chips and gravy. We contacted the store and they sent us an email saying that on our next visit we could get a free coleslaw and 2 large chips. I find this absolutely ridiculous. We had an incomplete meal last time and you want us to come back to get coleslaw and chips, you should be replacing the whole meal. This is not acceptable in my opinion.

Bought mega feast tonight.
Chips and Chicken were old and cold and smell like cooked in old oil.
Chicken pieces were also very small.
Very bad service, change the bloody oil it stinks.

Went through drive through orderd 5 peace tender combo was told to park up due to a 2 minute wait on fresh tenders 10 minutes went by I walked in and she said of sorry your order must off been bumped off and wasted what little of my lunch brake I had. I got my money back and left went to red rooster instead

Can't take orders, can follow provided orders. Haven't had an order 100% correct in years.

Incredible service! Waiting for 1 hrs to pick my order. They didn't even apologize to me about forgetting my order.

Want to say thank you for their staff Elisa, she is kind, friendly and say hello to everyone. Also, she makes environment nice and clean.
She makes here as a local friendly restaurant, not just ugly fast food restaurant.

Pretty ordinary! It would be dangerous if they could get an order correct! You pay good money only not to get what you order. Pathetic really!

Terrible customer service. - also pls ensure you have appropriate portions for each client serving … i.e balance it out big / and small not all smalls

Just visited this KFC to pickup an online order in store. Was greeted by a polite lady with pink hair (sorry didn’t get your name). I was missing a tender in my meal but she was happy to oblige and even gave us some fresh hot chips as well. Great customer service and food. Cheers!

I went to this kfc recently and when i got my food the guy handing it to me briefly touched my hand with his own greasy hand and i was instantly turned on, I looked up and he was looking me dead in the eyes, needless to say i was quivering.however when i started to get into my zinger box i was extremely disappointed, my burger was raw, had no mayo and not to mention my lettuce was mixed with cabbage, clearly i am allergic to cabbage (i have a sticker on the back of my car) there was also only 1 wing and way too many chips. I was absolutely appalled but also so turned on.

Was made to wait nearly 10 minutes for my order to be taken when there was no line. Was then made to wait another 10 minutes for my order as they had turned off half of the equipment in preparation for an early close. Was then not allowed to sit inside as they had closed off their eating area. Was therefore made to sit outside in 9 degree weather. Was given 2 tiny chicken tenders in replacement of a chicken patty, with a bun in 3 pieces. This all took place at 9: 25 when they are supposed to close at 10. Staff are cutting corners, only thinking about an early close and not concerned about their customers. Pepsi was also flat.
Do not recommend. Staff would rather be at home.

There was only one person on counter during the lunch rush hour. Waited 10 minutes to get served by a girl that was clearly over it, then waited another 15 minutes to get my Zinger box. Wasn't given napkins or cutlery so I went back to get some but was ignored by her. Went outside and drank my gravy from the container like a savage.
