KFC Browns Plains

I usually get takeaway. I never like to dine in at takeouts. I did order a wrap here to change it up a bit, and it was so messy and not even wrapped properly AT ALL. Anything else you order is good, though. I think that's a wrap? For them wraps sorry, couldn't help myself.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to the Browns Plains KFC. The food quality was subpar; the chicken was overcooked and dry, the fries were cold and limp, and even the soft drinks seemed flat.

Waited 30 minutes for a food not because they were waiting for chicken to cook just because they have to be the slowest fast food workers I have ever witnessed. Management need to step up their game and learn to train there staff. One of the worst “fast” food experiences over ever had.

Have you had burnt mashed potatoes. It was so disgusting I had to throw them out! It’s worst than soggy chips.

Worst KFC ever! Burnt chips, stale chips and very very salty! Burnt chicken nuggets! Very disappointed! This is a genuine review, please do something about your food. Thank you! And don't take advantage of those who order take away, sometimes we just don't have time to sit and eat but we also deserve fresh, nice cooked takeaway!

Pre ordered on the app, waited 15 min instore for 2 pieces of chicken.
Order was completed off screen before I received my food. Slow as but tasted good

Ordered the mates box got home, realised they hadn’t given us the burgers, called like about 10 times and they kept hanging up, went there to get my the burgers or a refund and they gave us the burgers that were 45 minutes old from when we originally ordered. No apology, the guy didn’t care and the drive thru girl was too busy talking to her friend that was sitting on the floor

Cant be more disappointed…. Chicken overcooked, meats so dry, also chips, burger and gravy all very salty …. Don’t recommend

Yesterday We have bought compo 3 pieces boxes for lunch, that food was made some process mistake because wasn't fresh (hardening & different smell) our stomach also uncomfortable 'feel heavy ' & wasn't digest properly!

New wait time Pb, waited 58 minutes for a zinger box, The kid that served me, I believe his name is logan looked stoned, the chicken was RUBISH! And the meal was wrong anyway. DO NOT COME HERE!

If there was a zero star rating that’s what I would rate browns plains KFC. Went to store just around 8: 40pm on 21/12/2022. Ordered 6 piece original chicken and 6 wicked wings. The 6 original pieces were smaller than the wicked wings. Went to exchange it. One lady in pink shirt at cash register just looked at us, did not acknowledge us. Eventually told us that she does not work in the front and we must speak to someone else. Did not call the someone else. Next person told us kitchen was closing and being cleaned and that was all the chicken left. Why did they not tell us that when they took our order. Front line are most unfriendly, don’t greet, no smile and over all no customer service. NEVER WILL THEY RECEIVE OUR SUPPORT AGAIN.

The absolute worst kfc i have ever been to, it took 25mins to get a nugget combo, what is going on with this place what a joke.

What a long wait. Asked another person waiting, have you been waiting long? …. Waiting a long time! Two staff out front serving, enjoying casual conversation between them, girl wiping nose constantly, joking, work ethic very slack, no rush, very casual attitude. Ran out of paper dockets. Did not replace. Staff serving drive thru out back working at a quick pace compared to front counter service. People coming in for missing drinks etc, checking orders to make sure all there, having to ask for serviettes etc Will never return here! I’d be embarrassed if I was giving this kind of service. Reading through comments, amazing how service has been bad for past two years and still bad today!

Rude staff, customer service is horrible, food never ready and always get ignored.

I miss those days where customer service and food quality was the real daily goals.

Kfc app I ordered on had my KFC inside the shopping centre, but the staff gave me my order anyway, which was great.

I used drive thru, customer service was good but food needed to be better. Chips were quite old, chicken tasted good, popcorn chicken was fresh. My full disappointment has come from a twister I ordered which was made with a stale and dry tortilla not being able to hold its filling *not great too* (slightly brown lettuce and no sauce).

I do like to eat here from time to time when I crave fried chicken. Although the food is satisfactory, the flavour is not nearly as good as the ones I have experienced from other KFC’s. Prior to COVID-19, the dine in tables were quite sticky and caused me to prefer taking drive thru, which brings me to my next issue. The drive thru hear often has issues transmitting what I am saying through the microphone just like every other drive thru. When the employee hears my full order, I usually end up missing a chips pack or two. If these issues are fixed than this restraint should have no problem receiving 5 stars based on my standards.

(Edit) I appreciate the reply. I did eat here again and the food was so much better than last time. The drive thru got my order right the first time and the food was warm and delicious. Due to this, I will raise my review score to a 4 star and will consider 5 on my next visit.

Good food quality in general. They do often have staff with bad attitude and terrible services, like giving out wrong order, missing items, or super slow. I once waited 35 mins for wicked wings. However 4 stars for food quality consistency
